Glad to have a best friend like @Clair Fernandez
Simon wanted the same, not just for himself but also for Clair. Growing up was hard, no matter what was going on - dhampir or not - and he wanted to be there too for his friend as she would be there by his side.
"Together, we'll conquer the world!" he declared with a bright smile, glad that they were going to stick things out together. Okay, well, maybe not the world - because he especially wasn't going to be able to conquer any sort of farms in the world and she wasn't going to conquer London; the two had proven that - but hey, maybe they just needed to delegate certain parts out.
"Or uhh.... together, we'll conquer Hogwarts!" Yea, that sounded more like it. Great broom racers, prefect power, and best friends. What more could someone want?
"We already won against the hags," and he smiled again thinking about their little adventure they had when they first met. And while maybe they didn't actually conquer hags, they had every intention of standing up and protecting each other and protecting the school - thinking the former caretaker truly was a hag in disguise.
"I call our first meeting to order, here and now. Let's go practice some broom racing! I warn you, I feel particularly fast today."
