Spring Dresses PV Seal closed

When Ciel commented about her sister Valarie looked down at her dress and nodded.
“Yeah… yeah she really is. T-three? Oh wow! And you’re the only girl? I don’t know what I’d do if I was in that position! And if your brothers are anything like you I’m sure I’d like them,” Val said, feeling her face heat up. Ciel continued to talk about her older brothers for a little while longer but Valarie didn’t mind. It was nice to hear about a family besides her own. Ciel seemed shocked that Valarie had forgotten to pass on the memo of her birthday.
“Oh don’t worry! I don’t need a card or anything like that! Just you being there would be enough for me. So what do you say? Will I get the honor of having the lovely Ciel Saskia attend my birthday celebration?” Asked Valarie, who was now blushing even more than she ever had.
“Oh… I should probably get changed,” laughed Valarie. She quickly gathered up her clothes as quickly as she could and ducked into a stall to change. She pulled her hair out of its style she had it in and allowed it to form back into its usual curly mess. She came back out of the stall with her clothes folded up neatly.
“Well… I should probably head out to get ready for the party. I’ll see you there?” Valarie said, smiling at Ciel. She managed a small wave to Ciel before opening the door and heading out to get ready for the party. The party she would see Ciel at.
