Alyn gulped when she told him of what she had heard, and his immediate reaction was one of sorrow, and he felt genuinely upset for her; that shouldn't be something that someone their age should have to listen to; he wished he could take back what he had previously said, he was so quick to question her thoughts on werewolves without taking into consideration that she may of had personal experience "I apologize - I shouldn't have said that, I understand now your feelings towards werewolves, you did not need to tell me." he replied to her "But thank you regardless."

He was quite innocent in comparison, he never had to experience any hardships as he grew up, his parents kept him away from magic for as long as they could despite their roles in the wizarding world, perhaps for this exact reason, in that moment, he gave Ann a smile though he shared her teary eyes, even listening to the details was enough to bring him to a few tears.

He wanted to ask more questions; he had completely forgotten about the questions he had asked previously to remove himself from the conversation, but now he was fully invested "Might aswell ask all the questions..." he thought to himself, looking straight forward and tapping his fingers against his leg, thinking of what other questions to ask, then turning his gaze back to the girl "Did - did you hear anything else?" he spouted out "After the screams I mean." he could see how asking for further details could be seen as perhaps wanting too much information about an incident he had no connection but something inside his mind pushed him to ask for more.
