I've always wondered how people do that, take SS's like that and circle things and then upload it into a post. Do you SS the screen and then put it into paint/photoshop whatever, crop out the part you want, draw on it and then upload it into an image uploader, grab the url and then paste it into HiO?

Seems like a pain to do.
