You're Invited! PV

The other day, Ami had asked to meet her at the owlery to discuss about the invitations for a birthday party. They had spent around an hour in the tower contemplating on who should be invited and another hour writing the invitations. Aurelia didn’t mind helping Ami, she was aware from her pick up quidditch organising experience that it was challenging to gather a bunch of people especially those you were unfamiliar with. It was almost past curfew when they had sent out the last owl.

Aurelia woke up to a white owl waiting for her at the window ledge. It had a white parchment in her beak. The girl usually didn’t receive owls on the days of the weekends. She tore the letter open and to her suprise it was an invitation to Mia’s party. Aurelia didn’t remember writing an invitation to herself so it was most likely that Ami had written it by herself though Aurelia didn’t know the reason why. She barely knew the birthday girl, perhaps Ami just wanted to thank her for helping her.

But whatever reason it was, Aurelia wasn’t going to turn a party down. She hastenly took out a quill and dipped the tip delicately in a well of ink. She began to write.

Hello Ami,

Thanks for inviting me to the party. I’ll surely be there.

Aurelia held the sheet of paper infront of her. The message was short, but she didn’t know what else to write. She gave the sheet of paper to the same owl that brough the invitation to her and threw it out of the window.

It was time for her to go shopping for a party dress. The girl always took any chances to try on new styles. It was not long before she was out of scottish castle and making her way to daigon alley.

Ami was extremely pleased to see the number of people who had RVSP'd, and was even more pleased to see the willingness and excitement in their owls. Alright, now all she had to do was write out the final guest list...

OOC: Below is the posting order and roles of each invited guest. The order was 80% random and the roles were assigned based on if you helped/what you offered to do. Regarding pajamas and gifts, please go along with it. It just makes life a lot easier for me when I'm writing the party post and describing the gift table.

With that finally all done and written out, Ami set about writing her 'Final Remarks', so to speak, about the party. She'd slip them inconspicuously into the pockets of the party-goers, to that no more confusion was present on the status of the party.

Final Remarks
Look for your house below to determine where you will meet-
Gryffindor- Meet outside the Divination classroom at 11:30. Lorelai Brunelle will be waiting to take you to the Small Hall.
Ravenclaw- Meet outside the Owlery at 11:30. Gabriel Mattix will be waiting to take you to the Small Hall.
Hufflepuff- Meet outside the History of Magic classroom at 11:35. Ami Procoppio (myself) will be waiting to take you to the Small Hall.
Slytherin- Most important! Meet in your common room at 11:35. Syrah Steele will gently wake Mia, then you must run to the Small Hall with Miss Steele and quickly as possible.

Please wear only your pajamas. Do not attempt to brush your hair. This is a pajama party, for cripe's sakes, not a ball.

When you enter the Small Hall, there will be a small table towards the back of the room, by the fireplace, Place your gift there.
