A Fortunate Fall Closed

Keith had woke up and was still tired, even though he had woken up an hour ago. Last night he had stayed up late studying for a test in his potions class, which the test would be this afternoon. He had decided to go try and eat breakfast, then get to class. He threw on his red hoodie, then his robes, and decided today was not the day to wear shoes, thought, before potions he would have to throw on some. Everything could go wrong in potions, so he preferred to wear shoes in that class.

Keith walked out of his dorm room, he still didn't know anybody in there... But he would try to talk to one of them one of these days, so it didn't bother him that much. He looked around the common room, and saw all the other lions getting ready for the day. He sighed and went to leave the common room, so he could make his way to the great hall.

Stepping into the enormous room, Keith sighed and went to sit at the end of the Gryffindor table. He grabbed a piece of cinnamon toast, something simple he could eat quickly, so he could run before class.

-time skip to lunch-

Keith walked and sat in the same place he did that morning, and grabbed a small piece of chicken, his favorite food. He also grabbed some cheese, cause yes. He was eating peacefully till he heard someone say his name. A girl, it sounded like the one from the lavatory... "Beatrice?" He thought turning towards where the sound came from.

He got up and walked over to the table, "Hey Beatrice! I haven't talked to you in a while. How have you been?" Keith asked sitting down. "I have a potions test this afternoon, I hope I get at least and E on it, I studied almost all night." He said, sighing. He turned to the girl beside Beatrice, "Hi, I'm Keith! And you, what's your name?" He asked her.
