@River Fayre @Pea Elena Fowl

A lot of trouble seemed to go unnoticed by prefects and professors, some by luck, some because students were clever enough to cover up their tracks. But this fight was neither lucky nor subtle, so the slowly forming crowd as well as the screaming did catch the attention of one particular prefect, who was now approaching the scene with her wand drawn.

Opeila only recently learned how to split her spells and she never thought that a fight between two kids would be the first time where she would need to use it. She couldn't deny that she felt very proud when it worked out perfectly. "Relashio!" Two flashes of light shot out of her wand, hit the two girls and forced them to release each other from their grips. The young Slytherin glared at the two girls. "This is enough.", she said firmly, not trusting either of them to put her wand away just yet, "No matter what happened, you will stop this nonsense at once."

Both of the girls seemed a little younger than her- wait, one of them was familiar. After one year of sharing a common room, Opeila would recognize the face of a fellow Slytherin and immediately she felt disappointed in her housemate. Yes, house pride was likely stupid if exaggerated, but Opeila simply did like to take pride in being member of the cunning house. Whatever this was... it didn't fit into her picture.

"There's nothing to see here, move along!", Opeila would proceed to shoo away the crowd before she turned to the two girls again. "Now, would any of you care to explain to me what exactly is the supposed excuse for both of you embarrassing yourself and your schools like this?" Opeila had never dared to give a member of a different school detention, but if it came down to it, she would.

The fight is still going strong. With Pea refusing to let go and so is River. It was the ultimate fight of her life, and she, for the love of God, will never give up in the face of this snooty French. The cat fight ensues and Pea is almost out of breath. She had never in her entire life, fought with anyone like this. It was very out of character of her sort of, to be this rude and vulgar. Because most of the time she would draw her wand, instead of using her bare hands.

Everyone was watching them, the crowd have grew larger and larger. Pea has slowly noticed this but is still too focused on her anger to let go of the brat. Especially when River said something like,

"Me, it's ME WITH THE FILTHY HANDS NOW? SAYS THE ONE WHO ATTACKED FIRST!"

Her blood just comes to a boil- what does she hates more than being slapped? it was being accused of something totally untrue.

"ARE YOU KIDDING ME? YOU SLAPPED ME FIRST B*TCH!!"

It was then she hears the murmuring die down, and SWOOSH! a spell hit both River and Her square in the middle, but due to how hard she was hanging on to River's hair, she was taken aback by the sudden release and lost her balance. Pea lay on the ground groaning from the impact and saw a silhouette coming closer to them. She slowly gets up and saw a familiar blurry figure, until finally, her vision focused.

Her heart leaped from her chest by seeing the person standing in front of her is one of the Prefects from Hogwarts, but not only that, she is also the Prefect of her house! the Slytherins.

"No matter what happened, you will stop this nonsense at once."

Pea heard Opeila's firm tone and shudders a tiny bit. It was the worse feeling to have Opeila seeing her like this. She has never ever been this- this- ill-mannered in front of a Prefect before, so to be caught by one does not make her feel good one bit.

Pea tried to open her mouth, but only dry noises come through,

"She started it-" Pea said meekly and refuse to look Opeila in the eyes.

Opeila crossed her arms as both of the girls fell backwards- only served them right- and waited for them to get back up. The girl who was entirely unfamiliar to the Slytherin didn't seem to have noticed her yet, despite the spell, and kept yelling at the younger Slytherin girl. "Hey, yes, you are done! Both of you.", Opeila would respond before Pea got a chance to say something.

That was not really enough to challenge the prefect's patience, no. What was enough though, was that instead of giving her an explanation like she had asked, the two girls began to point fingers at each other. Darn, this was like elementary school all over again- although, from the looks of them, it didn't seem like they were out of elementary school for too long, if they had ever been to one. Opeila had heard of purebloods being homeschooled, which did seem to have led to the occasional lack in social skill.

"Honestly, are you two seven years old? What I saw was both of you fighting and I didn't ask for who got a grip first, but how it came to this. Not to mention that the first attacker is usually reacting to provocation. Seriously, do neither of you feel the slightest bit ashamed to act like little kids who are incapable of talking about disagreements in front of a crowd? I certainly got second hand embarrassment when I came over."

"I'm Innocent." Now that is the biggest lie ever told on the planet. Pea scoffs at the word and rolls her eyes so hard she swears she could see the inside of her brain. Her hair is raffled and her clothes are dirty from the fight, which she is only realizing now. Even so, she still looks stunning for someone who just got in a fight. Pea patted her white pants who are now barely the color white, and brush her hair through her finger, wishing some of her charms could less anger the prefect in front of her. Opeila certainly looks angry, and yap at the two of them loudly. She is not scared at the prefect of course, but in order to successfully manipulate her way into the top of the school, she needed a good image in front of people who.. matter. So unlike the little French girly over here who tries to defend herself and starts to spout some of her whiny French words. Pea brushes her hair to the side and turns on her charm.

"Oh Pei~ it was just a silly misunderstanding, I was not in the wrong of course, but as you mentioned, we're just little kids compared to you, who.... certainly needs an older student's guidance." Pea smiled enchantingly at the angry Prefect. Her method of charming some of the professors usually works wonderfully she barely gets into trouble because of it. So this time, she is hoping it could get her out of trouble again. The white-haired batted her eyelashes, "There's no need to get so worked up over it, you know those anger don't bode well on your pretty face." Well, maybe a little flirtatios note couldn't hurt.

Opeila would not react to River telling her her age- what did it matter anyway. She could have been 15 for all Opeila cared, it didn't change how unacceptable her behavior was. It was only when the girl switched to French, effectively losing Opeila, that she spoke up. "I don't know French, could you please explain that in English?"

The little 'This bitch got in my way' phrase made Opeila dread that this was even more ridiculous than she had anticipated. Were these two really fighting about bumping into each other? Come on!
The French girl's question was actually a good one, and that was also what it took for Opeila to realize how she had to be coming across. Like a random girl, randomly getting involved. Only Pea would know why she was doing so.

"I'm a prefect of Hogwarts, making it my job to care.", she explained, slowly calming down as well. That was, until Pea spoke up. Opeila shot her a sharp glance. "And I don't appreciate you calling me that. The name is Opeila, or even Winters if you want." That nickname would truly never go away, would it? Damn Mildred and May!

Looking at the younger Slytherin really did calm the fourth year calm down, while Pea's words had quite the opposite effect, making Opeila want to roll her eyes. Was this even normal? Usually Opeila was quite strong in her emotions, how did looking at Pea even make her think about letting them get away with what happened? No. No, this wasn't going to happen.
Opeila straigthened her back a bit and focused. "You can stop flattering me now, thanks. I still don't know what happened here but I slowly stop caring. Last chance to explain this to me, or it's detention for both of you."

For a slight second, she thought her flattering actually works, and for a moment she swears she saw Opeila's face soften. But now it's back to her regular grumpy face. Boo hoo- they got into a fight, that was the only interesting thing that happens in this camp. Why did the Slytherin senior make a such big deal out of it? Such a nuisance. "ok fine O-PEI-LA. Happy?" Pea returns to her usual sarcastic self. She try to be friendly but obviously little miss perfect here didn't particularly enjoy it. So Pea going to treat her the same way she treated everyone. "Your little threat didn't scare me. It just sounds blah- to me. And we both know whatever this little French prissy say is completely untrue. In fact, she is the first one who slapped me." Pea return to her usual demeanor, folding her hands across her chest.

"But you're not gonna believe either of us anyway. So why don't you just go ahead? Make us go to detention." The white-haired scoffs, challenging the Slytherin prefect. There is no way she gonna give the detention in the middle of Summer Camp. What is she gonna do? make them write sentences on the dirt? or is she going to physically transport them to Hogwarts? She doesn't think so. The Slytherin prefect is probably just bluffing, trying to scare them so they will respect her. It might be working at first, but Pea wouldn't get terrified by a lousy threat. She has to do better than that to scare her.
