"Right..." Adlai said, reeling back at the reality of what she just asked him. She knew he must be shocked or at the very most think she was insane, any normal person would. Lucky for her, they weren't normal.

"Flash," she started with a sudden seriousness. "You're one of the only people at this school who know that I'm a parseltongue, you were there with me in the chamber when I figured it out. I didn't really know you then... frankly we were strangers." She thought back to that night three years ago. She was scared and confused, there was too much happening at once those days. It was Flash who had been the first to notice her struggles, the first to offer her a helping hand. After that, they had gone back and forth helping one another in the best way they could, never asking questions and just giving one another a break from the chaos of their private lives.

"Since then I've met people, other parseltongue's. Some of us get along, some of us don't." She continues. "We've made a club... well more of a creed in hindsight but, what's important is that we all have a common goal. That goal being to educate the general public on all things parseltongue and to help make everyday life for parseltongue's a little safer."

"Normally members are of course parseltongue's but there are also members who are not, those member's are called hamsters." She cringed at the name, it wasn't her idea. In fact she felt it to be a little dehumanizing, but so was a lot of other elements to the club so why not dive right in? "The parseltongue member who invites a non-parseltongue to be in the club is responsible for that individual and their actions and how they affect the club... so if you were to join via my invitation you would be my hamster."

Drawing in a sharp breathe Adlai draws her body into itself, placing her head in her hands. "I know it sounds absolutely outrageous, especially coming from me. I'll be honest with you though, a lot of people you already are in the club anyways so you'd hear about it sooner or later, and sooner or later you'd find out I'm in it. Better to rip the bandaid off while you still can, right?"
