He is probably wondering why I care so much about the knife. Bailey thought, a mix of emotions flowing through her. She felt concern, courage, and a small dash of fear.
@Dexter Rasgdill played dumb when she asked why he had the knife but Bailey let it slide.
She sighed when he asked if she was going to go to them all wet.
“Yes! I don’t trust you alone. I am definitely not leaving you without handing you over to someone of authority. And trust me- you do not want to meet my bad side.”
Bailey sighed again, holding the door open and waiting for Dex to pass through.
She felt frustrated now, and concerned that he might try and run away. If he did, she would just go change clothes and then write a letter, one without her signature of course, to her head of house or a prefect.
After resolving to do this, she asked Dex, exasperated “Are you going to come inside? Please don’t run away. If you do I am going to send that letter. I don’t want to, but I will if I need to. Can you just come inside and then we can find a perfect or someone?”
