Louca was happy as Haley continued to giggle, the sound melodious and joyful. He enjoyed making others happy and it gave him a mood boost to do so. His confidence had grown strong in his ability to keep things light and airy without coming across as a total airhead. Sometimes it was a fine line but Louca felt that he walked it quite well, only occasionally coming across a little foolish. “I’ll get it someday, definitely. Not going to let the professors keep me down.” Louca laughed at the small speech, not sure that that sounded exactly ‘cool’ but still it was how he felt and he wasn’t going to keep that inside.

He was almost giddy, happy that he would be going to the ball with Haley, who seemed to be a lovely girl, who he could converse and have fun with. She was also quite beautiful with her orangish red hair, and striking green eyes. Though of course, even with the confidence, he felt nervous, never having gone to a ball and certainly never with a girl. In fact honestly, he had never thought of girls other than as another person to have fun with, but sometimes now he felt nervous around certain girls, awkward, and unsure of himself.

“Entrance is probably the best spot, that way I don’t get lost. I haven’t had much time to explore the castle yet so I’m not certain I know my way around.” Louca just smiled and nodded as Haley mentioned having to leave. He stood as she turned, deciding he might as well go find something to do as well. Or at least a distraction from thinking about the ball. “I had a lot of fun!” Louca almost smacked himself, thinking that that was a bit of a weird way to say things. He watched as Haley walked across the field, just catching the words she said, and throwing a quick “Me too!” in her direction before he started on his way out of the training pitch, thinking about what he could do next.
