And so Judith fell down, she had no idea what to do, she had just embarrassed herself in front of someone she barely knew. As she suddenly froze, well that's how it felt at least, instead of falling all the way down out of a tree, she was floating, not on the water, no, she was hanging there in the air, she looked around and saw the boy pointing his wand at her, while she slowly moved to the ground. She sat, and as the boy helped her up she started laughing.

"Ofcrouse I'm not afraid! i love the outside, and it was just a tiny fall, and if i did it again, you'd be here to catch me right?" She said and laughed a bit, she started climbing back into the tree, now without falling, while looking around at the beautiful sight she had over the lake and over the castle. She sat down on one of the branches making sure she sat steady so she wouldn't fall of it and stared at the castle. She had never really realised how gorgeous Hogwarts was from the outside, she knew it was stunning from the inside but the outside was just as beautiful. She though. "It's, gorgeous, the castle, the lake, everything, it's gorgeous up here." She said while smiling at the boy.

Hunter was surprised by the girl's prowess to continue climbing despite her fall. She was certainly full of surprises, and Hunter wasn't quite expecting the morning to turn out like this. He placed his wand back beneath his robes and kept a closer eye in case the girl was bound to fall again. To his surprise, for the last time, nothing wrong occurred anymore. The two reached a rather midway point, to witness the castle and lake together. Hunter stayed standing, always on watch and a bit cautious, but was slightly relaxed by the girl's comments. The scenery was rather lovely, but Hunter typically enjoyed it a bit more with a book to read or study upon.

He was about to ask the girl if she brought her book with her, but he decided to just stay quiet a bit. The girl's smile was a rather sweet one, and Hunter decided a book might not have been the best idea. Even though it was just the two of them, Hunter could feel the slight anxiety and shyness that typically overcame him in crowds begin to grow. He gave a weak smile back, and with his voice, a bit quieter now said, "Ah, right. Hunter Argentum is my name. First Year Ravenclaw. If you ever need help with homework, potions, or looking for quiet areas to relax; I can help with that." His eyes redirected back towards the great lake and the castle, with the sun beginning to rise higher above into the sky. Hunter stood closer to the tree's center, thus he could see the girl's smile, the lake, and the castle: "Yeah... it is gorgeous," He quietly said.

Hunter gave off a slight sigh, time was running thin and classes were soon about to resume: "Time's running a bit thin, I'll head down once you do. Just so I can catch you again like you said, Ms. Cohen."

Judith was enjoying the beautiful view, she always had a weakness for nature. She felt connected to it, she felt like nature was one of the only things that were so pure that it was almost too beautiful to exist. She looked over to Hunter, who had now introduced himself. "Well it's nice to meet you Hunter! Thank you for the offer, DADA isn't my best class but i manage!" She said and smiled. As Hunter told his joke, she laughed and made her way back down to the grounds, now holding herself tight to make sure not to fall.

"it's indeed getting late, it was a pleasure to meet you, Hunter!" She said and smiled. She looked around to take another look at the sun that was rising, appreciating nature for another time. "Are you up to anything today? It seems like today'll be a beautiful sunny day!" she said and smiled. "I might go up to the library, or read in the great hall, i always love the great hall. There's so much light and joy!" she said and smiled while looking at the boy, who looked rather, peaceful, like nothing could stress him, not even what would be happening today, which was always a very stressful question for Judith, the future, was one of her biggest fears, even if it was the future of half an hour further in time, nothing could scare her more then future.

Hunter had to give it thought, he was supposed to attend transfiguration and potions class later today. He took out his personal journal and a muggle pen. The pen was a rather unique item that fascinated him, and he tended to buy off of muggle students that utilized them. Extremely handy and useful, more than a quill and ink to him. Hunter began writing something down before having responded to Judith, a couple few swift scribbles and notes. A tendency he had, and often did whenever he had a chance.

He rarely let the journal out of his sight, and so far no other student has had the chance to read his notes or know what he writes (to his knowledge). He sighed and gave a slightly noticeable blush, and placed the journal back in his robes: "So far I don't have anything planned besides classes. The Library is usually crowded, and the great hall is just loud. I'm usually here or in the dark dusty potion room. I'm still studying a bit on healer capabilities, so I'm not sure if I can spend this day around... others," Hunter's voice got a little shy at the end there. Anxious in crowds, and rarely interacting or speaking with multiple students at once. He already felt slightly mentally tired from just speaking with Judith for the past hour. Or perhaps he was always mentally tired from all of his previous studies.

Hunter took out his journal again and wrote a few more notes. He looked up at Judith, "Interested in any wizard games? I have wizards chess back in my common room, or maybe you know any muggle games?" Hunter decided to work on his social skills a bit with Judith. His mother's voice rang in his head to meet and create friends despite his fears.

Judith was surprised when Hunter grabbed the notebook and started writing. She looked around her, just to not look like she'd been staring. What would he be writing, she thought, but she didn't ask. she felt like it was his right to have something private, and what's bad about writing, nothing right? She felt like it wasn't her place at all to ask, altho she was rather curious. As her curiosity was rising she couldn't resist making a comment on the notebook. "Cute notebook you got there! It looks amazing, and is that, a pen? Cool! Never seen anyone use them here at Hogwarts, out of the muggle-borns then, but haven't met too many." she said and smiled.

As the hunter asked her if she'd be interested to have a look at the wizarding chess, she was quite surprised. She'd loved to, obviously, Hunter looked like a sweet person to hang out with, but she never was too good with making friends, she was better at losing them than keeping them. Judith had always been the strange one, the fact she isn't just wizarding born, but also a halfbreed. She never told anyone, so no one ever made an opinion on it. But they always gave comments about how small she was for her age, and why she was so small. Which she just never was able to answer.

After a bit of staring, lost in her own thoughts, she dragged herself back to reality. "I'd love that actually! I never really played it! My dad knows how to, but he never really thought me, the teaching of gobbl- " she said and stopped herself. She wasn't sure if she should mention she knew Gobblegook, since only Goblin related people were able to speak the language. She tried to get back to her sentence, now avoiding the Gobblegook part. "The teaching of languages, i know quite a few actually, barely use them, but they're use to talk to family, or sometimes even at school so! But i'd love to learn how to play Wizarding Chess!" She said.

She looked down. Never had happened that she almost exposed her goblin side being, no one knew, and it was always rather easy to keep it that way. But talking to Hunter had become so easy, that it almost was, too easy.

Hunter gave a slight chuckle and a smile at Judith. He was a bit curious about what she cut herself on, but he was surprisingly not in his cold analytical mood today. He didn't feel like pushing Judith too far, but perhaps later he would ask her a bit about what it was she almost said: "I know what you mean, I know Swahili but usually only speak it around my mother or grandmother. I know a little of Gaelic, but I'm still trying to work out a few of the pronunciations. Some terms just don't roll off the tongue as well, and I'm losing a bit of practice." Hunter was a bit upset his language skills were starting to lack a bit. He hadn't quite had many people to speak with. The only times he practiced a bit of Swahili was when he wrote a few letters back home or read through his father's journal. A few notes in his own journal were written in the language as a security measure he was trying to improve.

Hunter was about to say a bit more, but the rising sun was already an indication that time to spare was not an option, "We better hurry, classes are about to resume sometime soon. I'll be either in the common room or the great hall later today. If you'd like to learn I wouldn't mind teaching you," Hunter exclaimed as he began to head back on the route towards the castle. The thought of a gaming buddy sounded rather exciting, more than just being by himself playing chess over and over again with pieces yelling at him every turn. Typically Hunter liked being alone, but he supposed he was starting to finally get bored. Even at home, he was never alone, he always had someone besides his side.

Hunter rushed in the direction of the castle in hopes he wouldn't be late. The boy would soon realize he'd have to hope that nobody noticed that his footwear was also missing and that he was still barefoot. If only he realized that his shoes were on the first branch he was resting on and had fallen and sunken deep into the lake by now.

Judith smiled brightly. The uncomfortable feeling about her Goblin being had totally disappeared. She thought Hunter was quite funny, for sure when she noticed he was still wearing no shoes. She smiled when Hunter told her he'd like to teach her how to play Wizarding Chess. "The common room seems fine, i don't really hang around there to much, mostly in my dormitory, so i'd love to hang out there more often! See you then? Oh and remember, I'm not such a good student tho, it took my father ages to learn the languages." she said and smiled.

She walked passed Hunter and gave a small bow to greet him goodbye. She turned back around and placed her backpack back onto her back, walking her way to class. There was no way she'd be getting late for potions. As she walked away she kept thinking about the meetup she would have with Hunter. Should she bring some snacks, and candy? Or would that make it look like a date, which it wasn't right? Of course not! She just met him, or was it to him? As Judith's brain kept throwing thoughts around, she looked back at Hunter, seeing him a few meters apart from her, she turned back around, smiled and made her way to her next class.
