In the Cold PV Eun-ji Lee Hunt Finished

Aaron felt such relief when Eun-ji said yes, but the fact that it was immediately followed by a "but" kept him from breathing easy right away. It turned out just to be her checking that he was okay with the decision. He nodded and without hesitation responded, "Of course I'm sure." She went on to talk about how she wasn't "funny" or whatever, but Aaron waved away those concerns. "Eun-ji, don't worry. I'd be really happy to go with you, and I enjoy your company just as much as my other friends," he said. He was being genuine, and hopefully she could tell as much.

Then it was her turn to reassure him about the whole dancing thing. Yeah, they weren't going into a competition or anything, but he knew part of the fun at a ball was to actually dance, especially for someone like Eun-ji. So when she asked if he could save her at least one dance, he nodded. "Definitely," Aaron agreed. He at least knew how to slow dance - as in, swaying side-to-side in a circle, like he'd done at that disastrous Blossom Ball. Maybe he should brush up a bit on his technique... but point being, he could definitely manage at least one dance with her. Maybe even more.

With the concept of being each other's date settled, the two third-years spoke a little bit more about other things. Aaron tried to entertain Eun-ji a little bit by eating some of the every flavor beans and overacting whenever the flavors were gross, trying to get a laugh out of her; but, it wasn't long before they parted ways. The two would touch base over the next couple weeks leading up to the ball, but the hard part had been done - the asking.
