"Yep. I am a German, but we had to move our house to Welsh for some reason." said Maria. They noticed that their new friend became sad after telling her about wanting a hug, so she sat next to him, and gave them a hug to cheer him up. "A hug for John, so he won't be sad," said Maria, cheerfully.
While that was going on, another girl had entered the compartment. They seem to be just as shy as Elowen by the way they spoke to them. However, unlike them. They introduced themselves first, and then mentioned the friend part. "You are welcome to stay here, Alexis. We like to have new friends, and do you want to give poor John a hug too? His grandpa went missing, and his life got tricky without them." said Maria.
She said that, so John would feel comfortable with her company, because there are three girls in this compartment now. 'This guy is slowly becoming my little brother, and I don't mind. I get to hug him, and we can play games with Elowen and Alexis later.' thought Maria. 'I can't wait for that to happen, because it is going to be fun.'
They got a bit excited about that idea of hers, because they want to have fun with their new friends.

"Thanks for the Hug, Maria!" John said. He was really happy after the hug... It kind of brought happiness, love, joy and excitement!
"It was a really nice, strong hug!" he thought... " This girl is being lovely to me... kind of like a sister... and she was seriously pretty..."
John though.
John thought that Maria might also want a hug, so John leaned over at her, and gave her a nice big hug. He didn´t know if she liked it!
"She was also very kind" he continued thinking...
"Hopefully we can be best friends! Just like Hermione Granger and Ronald Weasley, or Hermione and Harry... Hopefully they where going to be put in the same house!" John thought even more.
John looked at Maria with glittery eyes. He had this awkward feeling in him. He liked her very much.
He stared out of the window for a bit. Watching the scenery was calming. They where passing this big river, or was it a lake?
He felt like he had been on the train for an eternity... I wonder if they where nearly there? H looked back at Maria... hopefully she wouldn't see him staring at her... Hopefully not...
He glanced back at the window just in case...
He fought for something to say... but found nothing....

“Hallo, Alexis,” Elowen said, looking at the other girl with curiosity. “Do you like horses? You’re going to Hogwarts, aren’t you? Which house are you hoping for? What subject are you most looking forwards to? Tell us all about yourself!” The words burst out, tumbling over each other.

She turned back to Maria, smiling. “I would be so glad if we could be besties! And you’ve never seen a horse before? Poor, poor you! I’m so sorry. Are there horses at Hogwarts? I simply must introduce you to a real horse. One can’t live without horses! And I wouldn’t mind a hug one whit. I’d love one!”

Her attention whipped to John, and she turned her head sharply. “You like horses? What’s your favourite breed? English or Western? What discipline do you like best? Do you have a horse? If so, what are they like? If not, do you want one? I want one — with all my heart and souls! What level riding are you? Do you like stable management? If you don’t have a horse, what’s your favourite horse called?” She spoke as quickly as she possibly could, then paused, her brightness ebbing away. “I’m sorry about your grandfather. That’s… awful.”

"Wow! What a lot of questions!" John said happily.
" I do do horse-riding in Spain... Yes, i really like horses! My favourite ones are probably the English Horses, especially the ones with hair right above their hooves! My favourite discipline, is probably Defence against the dark arts! And I do have a horse! He is called Sevillano! A Spanish name! I am in an Intermediate level! Yes, stable management is ok!" Explained John.
John had a quick glance at Maria, and looked at her charming eyes.
He then said to Elowen: " I also really like muggle-sport! Especially Football! I used to play with muggle-children too! Although there is a wizard community! My best-friend, went to another wizarding school!" He looked at Maria one more time, and introduced himself to Alexi: "Hi Alexi! My name is John! I am half Spanish, and half English! What about you?
He suddenly wondered, If Maria liked him back...
He popped an American-Hard gum in his mouth and sucked on it for around 5min until it disappeared. he wondered what classes where going to be like in Hogwarts... Where they strict? The headmaster seemed nice enough to let him come to Hogwarts...
He suddenly needed to stretch his legs...
And he said: "Anyone want to come with me to stretch our legs?

Happy to see that she wasn't causing trouble to anyone in the cart she reluctantly moves over to John to hug him, then hurries back to her seat. "Houses? Do we get houses at school?" Alexis answers the tall red-haired girl, confused on all these new things, but starting to warm up and relax around these new people. Alexis didn't know what type of classes there were so she simply replied with her favorite class in the muggle world "I hope I can continue with English, you see I want to write a book." "About myself? Well, I, uhhh.." beginning to become shy again she paused and looked around the room, she didn't want these people to know she knew nothing about magic or anything, but she didn't want to lie to them either. When the Tall girl turned to the boy and asked about horses Alexis answer as well "I like a nice strong Mustang." although Alexis didn't know much about horses or magic, she didn't want to seem 'uncultured' or 'odd' to any of them.

John smiles.
"Thanks for the hug, Alexi!" John said happily.
"Yes, there are houses... Hufflepuff, Gryffindor, Slytherin and Ravenclaw. You get put in a house, according what you are like... The sorting hat puts you in a house! And then you stay in that house until either you leave the school, or you finish Hogwarts in your 7th year. It is pretty interesting..." John explained to Alexi.
"Wow! You want to become an Author! That would be epic! You could be like Bathilda Bagshot! The one that wrote the history Of Magic! You will be a brilliant author when you become one I can sense it!" John said...
Alexi seemed nice too... John didn't know if Maria was looking at him or not... But he was brave enough to look at her...
He soon looked out of the Window... He was nervous again... Meeting all those new people! But every single one of them had something to do with magic...
He looked at his robes... Then he wondered which house he was going to be in... He started fiddling with his bag of sweets... He wanted to save them for when they where in the school... Just in case... He also got out his bag of fresh biscuits... "I could have a midnight feast with these!" He thought.
"Is it just me, or are we slowing down...? He said.

"You're welcome, John, because my mom always told me it is better to see someone smile than to let them be upset." said Maria. She knew that her mother did a good job with raising her, since they would read a bunch of fantasy books about unicorns, fairies, and heroes rescuing a princess or their lover when she was five years old.
While she said that to John, he hugged her. It caused her to be confused, since they had no one other than her parents do that.
Maria then tilted her head to the right from her confusion, but didn't stop John from doing that. "I am not sure why you are giving me a hug, John, but please don't stop doing it." said Maria.
John's glittery eyes were looking at her, and this caused her to become concerned about his well-being until he stared out of the window.
Seeing as John was alright, Maria looked at Elowen and Alexis. "Of course, we can be besties, Elowen, and we can be friends with Alexis and John too. I have never seen a horse before, but I know what a unicorn is. You, Alexis, and John are going to love seeing a real unicorn, because they are rare. Also, dragons and phoenixes are real in the wizarding world, and they are just as rare as the unicorn. My family told me about that." said Maria. Her family works in different departments of the Ministry of Magic, so they know what they are talking about.
Maria hugged Elowen after they said that to her new friends, and then looked at John, who was looking at her. 'Is there something wrong with John? He keeps looking at me for some reason.' thought Maria, who was unaware of John's crush towards her.
Despite John staring at her, he told Elowen about his horse: Sevillano. "That is so cool, John. Even though, I don't know what you meant by an english horse." said Maria, who then became confused. "What is football? I have a hard time understanding some of the muggle things you guys talk about, because I am a wizard-born."
She rubbed the back of her head in embarrassment, since she should have told them about that. As Maria did that, it was Alexis's turn to talk, and oh boy. The poor girl doesn’t know about the houses. "Oh. I can tell you what they are talking about, and my name is Maria." said Maria. "Ok, so this is what my parents and my big brother told me about the four houses. There is Gryffindor the brave, Ravenclaw the wise, Hufflepuff the loyal, and Slytherin the cunning, and no. You don't get to pick which one of those houses to join, because that is the sorting hat's job."
She said the last part, because Maria asked her family if she was allowed to pick one of those houses. They answered her question with a big fat no, and then told her about the sorting hat. This happened when she was eight years old.
Alexis continued what they had to say, and when they mentioned English. Maria was completely confused by that. "English? What do you mean by English, Alexis? If you mean a writing class, I hate to disappoint you, but that class doesn’t exist in Hogwarts." said Maria. "Hogwarts is a school for wizards and witches, but they don't like to teach their students about muggle stuff. Which is why I had to do homeschooling with my parents and my tutor. Although, you are free to write letters to your family through the Owlery. Those cute owls are great messenger birds."
Alexis ended up mentioning a Mustang, and Maria's confusion returned. "A Mustang? Is that another horse name, because if it is. Who gives a horse a car name?" said Maria.

“Hmm.” Elowen glanced at John. “I think we are beginning to slow. Do you mean Shires? Or Clydesdales? One of the cold-blooded heavy breeds, anyway. Is Sevillano a Spanish breed? Like an Andalusian? I’ve always wanted to ride an Andalusian! And I’m an intermediate rider too, though I didn’t know defence against anything was a discipline. I like show-jumping, though I’m starting cross-country soon, and I think I’ll like that even more!”

She turned to Alexis, excited. “Ooh, Mustangs are very interesting! I’ve never ridden one, but I’d like to. I’ve only ever ridden British and Irish horses, you see, mainly cobs and ponies. Do you own a Mustang? Or have you ridden one? Do you ride? And I also like English. I especially love anything to do with the Brontë sisters. I’m lucky enough to live in Haworth, so I can see the parsonage from my house! I’d love to be an author too,” she admitted, “though I’m not quite certain yet. What genre do you like to write?”

She looked back at Maria, eyes shining with delight. “I’ve never heard of a Mustang car, but I think that they named the car after the horse. Mustangs have existed since around the 1700’s, an honour cars do not, to my knowledge, share. What house do you think you’ll be in? What house do all of you think you’ll be in?”

"I think we are slowing down" Alexis said, feeling the momentum of the train slow under her feet. Alexis exited cart to look out the hallway window, it was like nothing she'd seen before. Jaw wide, Alexis looked around to see what everyone was doing. Everyone was grabbing their bags, fixing her clothes, Alexis too, beginning to grab her things. "I do hope we all meet again" Alexis said with all sincerity, and exited the cart to try and be first off the train. While walking past other carts she noticed that no-one was in them, Alexis brushed this off. soon after, Alexis heard yelling and movement ahead of her and stated to feel uneasy as she knew people were there, but continued walking. Close to the exit now, group of fellow students rushed to the train exit and crowded her. Cramped in between people taller than herself, Alexis started to feel Anxious and suffocated. "Help," she whispered, thinking no-one heard. She didn't want to try louder as to save herself from embarrassment. Standing there scared, Alexis fumbles for her MP3, remembering that she put it in her trunk Alexis's breathing starts to speed up and she drops to the ground hands over her head.

Elowen jumped to her feet and walked — well, ran — out of the train into the station. She despised crowds with a fervour, and closed her eyes for a moment, breathing deeply, to try and calm herself down. It didn’t work brilliantly, but she could manage. Just. At least she wasn’t quite so lost in the crowd as some of the others, being so tall, and having the rarest and brightest of hair colours.

She waded through the crowd like one would through rough sea, and caught sight of Alexis’s blonde hair, with it’s distinctive violet edges. “Alexis!” she called out, the saw the girl fall to the ground. Elowen began to panic. What if Alexis had fainted?

She ran out, pushing through the crowd, her thin, sharp, bony elbows finally coming in useful. She pushed through the sea of cloaks and hats and trunks, of chats and scoldings and courtships. Elowen ran as fast as she could, trying not to knock anyone over, and at last reached Alexis. She sat as quickly as she could, then kneeled and looked down at her friend.

At least she appeared to be conscious. “Alexis, Alexis!” Elowen was hyperventilating. “Alexis, are you alright? Alexis!”
