Deen vs. Percileen PV finished

Percival's eyes were shut tightly as he tried to inwardly quell the feeling of nausea. The feeling swelled in his stomach and crept up his throat. Making him feel as though his stomach was really half-way up his throat. The boy groaned slightly as his eyes fluttered open. Everything was wobbling in his vision as if he was below the surface of the water. Reclosing his eyes he leaned bent forward like a broken doll.

Taking a finger he pressed it to his throbbing lips and wasn't surprised when he felt his lips moisten with something. Though, whether or not it was blood or tears from the ever-growing pain it was hard to tell. The boy wiped away the tears from his eyes. Letting out another pained gasp when he moved his head a bit too quickly.

The boy glanced towards Ileen after hearing her speak albeit it only being a few words. A strange sense of relief encompassed him as well as growing dread. He had shoved Ileen down the stairs. Albeit it being nothing more than an accident, he still did it. Percival did his best to stand up. Legs as shaky as a newly born deer.

Even during Dee's panicked fussing, Ileen was starting to move again. Good, that was good. Right? Being unconscious for more than like... a second could lead to brain damage or something, so moving was good. When she started to sit up, Dee backed away slightly, her eyes huge with worry. "No, no, you should keep lying down- you hit your head, don't move too much." Was that good advice? She didn't know.

It did provide a slight sense of relief when she started speaking, apparently trying to inquire after Rainwood's health. If she was already being an idiot again, it couldn't be too bad, right? Or perhaps she was going into shock or something, who knew.

And... right. He was still here, too, and already climbing to his feet. When Dee turned towards him, her eyes were hard, and she was for a moment contemplating kicking against his knee just for the satisfaction of seeing him topple to the ground again. After all, this was all his fault, and if he was able to stand already, he couldn't be off too badly, right? But she stopped the impulse. It might agitate Ileen.

So... what to do now? As she was sincerely beginning to regret, she did not have any knowledge of healing. She might be able to transport Ileen to the Hospital Wing, but she wouldn't be able to get both of them there, and while Dee would have very little qualms just leaving Percival to stumble into walls and maybe fall down another set of stairs, she doubted Ileen would be on board with that.

So instead, she pushed herself to her feet, and directed a stern glance at her best friend. "I'll go get help. Don't move. Just stay here." When she turned to Percival, her expression was one of disdain, the way she might look at chewing gum stuck to her shoes, or someone claiming Quidditch was better than duelling. "You too, I suppose. Sit down, you look ridiculous. Or don't and break your neck, see if I care." She surely wasn't going to let him off that easy for what he'd done - not the way Ileen likely would - but this didn't seem like the right time or place. "And if you push her down more stairs while I'm gone, be sure that I will murder you. Painfully." Her voice was flat.

The Hospital Wing wasn't too far off since they had been on the way to the ballroom, and with a last glance back, Dee hurried off.
