Day 10: Prankster Pals
This was a pain to sketch, but I think it turned out fine. Since Nick isn't super close with anyone at Hogwarts, just has a couple friends, I decided to draw the dynamic Head of House duo, @Hjørdis Jensen and @Caradoc Browne. This is based off of their shenanigans during the Glitter and be Gay event.

Day 11: A Beacon of Hop
So I had really low expectations for this piece, but I'm actually quite proud of it, especially since I'm not used to being that inuvative with the line art, but I used some charcoal and light brushes to make them look more non-corporeal. Also I choose a rabbit solely because of the pun because I live off of puns and alliteration, I think Nick's potential patronus would be a buffalo or something.

Day 12: Slytherin Sister
I think this drawing is pretty solid. I've never drawn a snake before and I think it turned out pretty well, especially since it's interacting with something else. I would've done the emblem for the background, but that would've probably taken too long and I think it would make the piece too busy.

Day 13: Sneaky Sly Snitch
Listen, I just wanted to play Among Us today, I just did a simple Snitch drawing today. It's fine, just look at it, just appreciate it, ok?

Day 14: Floaty Feathers
So the shading on this drawing sucks, but I really like the poses and the line art itself. I'm passing this off of one of the first hands-on Charm lessons, for Wingardium Leviosa.

Day 15: Gryffindor Gal
Ok so I realized when I finished the Slytherin piece that I would have to commit to drawing a person interacting with the house's animal for the aesthetic. I've never drawn a lion in my life, so I think it looks fine considering everything. Not looking forward to the badger and eagle...

Day 16: Formal Fire
So I know this is a pretty simple drawing and I know the fire sucks, but I'm going camping tomorrow so I just want to bang out these two pieces before that, so here's this.

Day 17: Puzzling Promenade
I was going to add more to this piece, but as you can tell by the post date, camping kind of got in the way and I had to rush through. I was trying to do an alternate universe where there's no serious problems, so everyone's just confused as to how everything is still peaceful.

Day 18: Something Sweet in the Sea
This is probably the least Octobery I could've taken this piece. I had this prompt for a giant squid, something that can encapsulate the fear of the unknown underwater or a vicious monster, nope, just a friendly little boy sticking his head out of the water.

Day 19: Stay Out of the Greenhouse
I'm quite proud of this piece, I think the textures and shading looks good, and it's the first piece I've down this month that I've actually attempted to be spooky. I even avoided using alliteration or puns! Though the title is a reference to the Goosebumps book/episode this piece was inspired by, "Stay Out of the Basement"
