Day 10 - Bestfriends

Since the theme was also on World Mental Health Day, I did a version to put up on my blog too with a heart - including that version too!

Full credit: I did use this youtube tutorial to help me draw the hands (since I have no idea how to draw hands) and then made my own changes (i.e. making the fingers shorter as I didn't really like how long they looked and changing the nails since I wasn't a fan of the ones on it).

Day 11 - Patronus

I originally planned to draw the patronus that my character would have but then realised I had no idea what she's going to have yet. But every time I think of a patronus, I get this image of the trees in the forest, with a lake and everything very blue when the patronus charm is cast stuck in my head. A stag in the far corner. I thought it was a reference from the movie but tried to find a reference image now and I cannot. I think it is actually from Pottermore's original patronus selection thing (they seem to have a different one now on my Wizarding World account?).

So I don't have a reference image, as this was done from memory but I am pretty sure it's from Pottermore's patronus selecting quiz thingy (Looking at it now, it seems that the trees are pretty sure the trees are also different but this is the image that I picture in my head when I do think of it so... I did it this way). As such, I added Serena's wand and a generic thing as though she was doing the patronus quiz! (Hence, no stag).

Day 12 - Slytherin

A Slytherin logo! Nice and simple - mostly because I cannot actually draw people so uh this was the only thing I could think of doing for the theme.

Day 13 - Snitch

I am really proud of this one, actually. It works well with Serena (former seeker) and how she was only really successful because of her teammates. She learned a very valuable lesson during her years as a Hufflepuff and this was the main one.

Day 14 - Wingardium Leviosa

Okay, I really sucked at this one but the feathers were the best I could do for this! Went with the, oh so famous, quote related to Wingardium Leviosa - of course.

Day 15 - Gryffindor

This lion is pretty... bad but I tried! The Gryffindor version of the logo! Just going with the theme for all of the houses now.

Day 16 - The Ball

Hopefully not the Fall Ball this year but pretty much all of the other balls that have happened seem to have this common theme! At least, the ones Serena has been to have...

Day 17 - The Ball without fire

This is why I say I cannot draw people - I really can't. This terrible thing though is pretty much the ball before the fire takes over, I guess. (With a random couple since like... Serena doesn't go with a date, smh).

Day 18 - Giant Squid

A scene from the first year boat ride this year, where the squid splashed water everywhere. Reference for the squid is from the image used in the thread. In hindsight... it should be way bigger than the boat but uh... my bad.

Day 19 - The Greenhouses

My attempt at drawing the greenhouses is just... uh a bunch of plants, of course. Mostly because I can't draw perspectives very well yet and didn't want to just draw the outside of the greenhouse! So here's some plants - it kind of counts!
