Step 1: Uploading the Picture to an Image Hosting Website
1. Go to an image hosting site, such as https://postimages.org/, https://imgbb.com/, or https://imgur.com/.
2. Once you're there, simply follow the instructions on that website on how to upload your picture to their system.
3. Usually, after the upload process has been completed successfully, the website will give you a link address. Copy this link.
Step 2: Inserting your Picture to Hogwarts.io
1. Click "new post" just like if you want to create a new post, such as when you write a reply to me here.
2. Click on the "insert image" button, which is the 7th icon from the right (on top of the New Post Editor).
3. Paste the link that you've copied before. The result should be like something this: link
4. Add any necessary words/etc that you want to be in the same post as that image.
5. Once you click the "submit" button, your image should be displayed on your post.
Hope this helps!
Thanks a lot!!!

@Avni Aggarwal
You're welcome. Have fun!
PS: Side note, if I may, I recommend you not to write two posts altogether (such as what you've - I'm sure unintentionally - done here, as well as your previous replies "yes" and "please"). I'm not a staff here, but I've heard that this is a minor violation called Double Postings or something like that. I saw that you're new on this site, so just a suggestion to avoid you're being sent a soft warning by the staff team. : )

1. To link videos from YouTube, click the icon next to the Image icon (the one on its right).
2. After that, post/paste the link from YouTube. It should result in something like this: link
3. Erase everything in front of the "=" sign on the link address, including the = sign itself. For example: if the link you copied and pasted from YouTube is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hAYUQ1ltJj0, you should erase the front part until it becomes only hAYUQ1ltJj0. The result should then be hAYUQ1ltJj0[/ youtube]
4. Add any texts, pictures, emojis, etc you want - or just leave it so that the post will contain only the YouTube video.
5. Click "submit".

@Avni Aggarwal I'm afraid currently there's no way of doing it here. Just as the image, the file (in this case your video file) has to be uploaded to another site first. I think the reason is because if a picture/video file is uploaded directly to Hogwarts.io, the site will be overloaded with big-size files and therefore crashes often.
Speaking about which, please note that if the image hosting site or video hosting site you use to upload something here is under maintenance, the image/video also cannot be displayed on Hogwarts.io. Everything would be restored once the host sites work as normal again.
