10 - 15 years is hard for Henry to imagine right now since he's going through some hard times and will be going through some more difficult times but from what I planned for him, he will study and try for a career with magical creatures and probably would like to work as a magizoologist and after hogwarts try to help educate his fellow wizards about creatures sort of like what Newt Scamander did since he's Henry's hero... but unfortunately his plan will get cut off when in the end of his sixth year or in the middle of his seventh year his older brother will be killed which will devastate the boy since he's so close with his brother and will probably turn his career around to choose to possibly become an auror to make his brother proud if he doesn't just break and drop out of Hogwarts and run away before starting a life of a loner/outcast or a life of crime maybe; like a smuggler, bounty hunter, or stuff like that

Soooo my plans have changed a bit! Opeila is definitely going to go into the ministry at first, but not really go for event organisation (look at me predicting the hexwizard tournament, sort of). Instead she'll basically aim to become wizard CPS. Someone needs to look after all those poor kiddos!
If possible, she is going to open a holiday home for kids with difficult family backgrounds and orphans in cooperation with Hogwarts. I gotta see what can be done.

Theo is going to go Quidditch professionally and start his own team

Bailey - im stil planning on her hopefully maybe opening that bakery with @kim sato. we'll see how the whole moody depressed kim thing goes, how their friendship progresses, hopefully they are still friends

i do see bai being a good mother, so maybe she'll get married, and have a few kids. she'll do her dardesnt to stay close to dear friends like kim, @colin mccoire and his @clair fernandez, @Lucian Mornstern, @Hanako Tone, among others.
maybe adopt kids in need - i could see bai doing that as well.

for lloyd.. i haven't thought about it much XD. he's very much a romantic, so hopefully he'll find a girl, get married, have the storybook romance marriage. i could see him becoming a model, or a clothes designer, helping his sister.

Yesss, Necro all the threads, you all are definitely making me feel the endgame hype+dread 🔥 No idea how I missed this one years ago.

Love seeing everyone's plans for the future especially to compare how much they've changed! I've done more career consideration (and by consideration I mean I actually looked through the adult career thread and understood what I was reading 🙈), and I'm kind of drawn to putting Xail through a performance field. Kind of crushed that we have no criminal career paths (or maybe I overlooked them if we do), would have loved to let her keep a double life as a high class cat burglar.

Course, maybe there's always room for that on a smaller scale. 😏

Career-wise, Xailah has almost always been thrown into some sort of performance career (burlesque/sideshow attraction have always been a go-to, the point is, she likes to dance and sing) as like her main thing with her little crafting and collecting gigs on the side, and I just can't seem to escape her dream-thieving, mirror-hopping eldritch entity, canon. But like, to be fair, I've been writing her for well over a decade. I've played her once as a radio host for a classical station in a modern setting, and I'm contemplating having her dabble in that for this setting too, at least until she gets bored of it! She's got the golden voice for radio, but I also dig the idea of her being a elusive entity that is constantly in people's ears.

Still looking into a child plot too, but probably not for a few years. I was hoping to make Newt (Xailah's daughter) a PC at some point, but she wouldn't be ready to play for a while and I don't want to write a 17 and pregnant plot for Newt to be ready after my new PC, Martyr, graduates. 🙈

In 10 to 15 years, Colin will be 23 to 28...

I can see Colin working in the magizoology field, perhaps specialising in healing and tending to magical creatures. I can also see him traipsing about in the hunt of magical artifacts and rare books and ancient manuscripts.

Of course, I suspect that he will be married well before that time frame --- hopefully with his dear heart Clair! It's just possible that he and Clair might be standing on Platform 9 3/4 sending the oldest of their twins off to Hoggys for their own adventure when they're 28!
