A Summer Visit to Surrey
Interacting with @Alexa Mackenzie
She was glad her friend was having a good time there. Sometimes it seemed that the things you did all the time seemed ordinary and wouldn't capture any interest from others. She had worried when Rose came to visit if she would think poorly of the music festival but she had not and she had worried what Alexa would think of the Wildlife Rescue but she seemed to be enjoying herself as well.
"You two nearly look like twins," she laughed, the red hair with the red hair. "Hold up," she said and went to the desk at the other end of the room. She came back with a muggle poloroid camera and held it up. "Smile!" she said and when Alexa looked up with the fox in her arms, she pressed the button. It always amazed her - this muggle technology. They had no magical abilities and yet had found ways to make magic of their very own. She placed the camera back on the desk and watched as the image slowly began to reveal itself - thinking back on the dishwasher at Clifton's house that washed dishes at the push of a button, and the bouncy floor trampoline in his yard, and all the rides at the amusement park. She smiled a little. So many amazing muggle things.
She let the two have some time together. She could tell Alexa was glad to see the fox up close and Ena loved all the attention. After awhile, Alina placed the photograph near Alexa so she could take it with her if she wished and then got one of Ena's favorite toys, a ball and she sat down on the ground. "Sit over there. I'll roll it to you and you roll it back. She'll try to steal it in between." Monkey in the middle - but with Alina's magical family, they didn't have a term for this originally muggle game.
Let your confidence shine, pretty girl.
