So, this was what all the hype was about. Mars stood with their arms crossed in front of their chest, looking up at the vastness of the London Quidditch Stadium. The bleachers were slowly being filled by wixes in a multitude of colorful robes, the rumble of their footsteps and sounds of casual chatting shaking the very ground beneath Mars' feet. Really, if they had the will to possess any artistic abilities at all, this might have made for a fine mural, the splattering of color cut up by thin, tan lines, and the oval of the Quidditch pitch down below.
The air was a bubbly kind of infectious, the adrenaline of the many fans already permeating through it like an electric shock. Mars understood the appeal of this—it was a fantastic occasion and sports, muggle and magical alike, had always been an event to look forward too. They couldn't deny the rush it sent through their own bones as they crossed their arms and started up the stairs to the best vantage point.
Really, it was maybe unfortunate that Mars hadn't gone to see any of the Ravenclaw Quidditch games. They had never really been one for House Pride, but even getting to see the sport up close, rather than simply reading about it for Flying homework, would probably have been a treat. Too bad they'd been too wrapped up in studying and general avoidance of the outside world to bother.
Finally landing on the proper floor, Mars meandered through the already seated crowd. They noticed someone they recognized—Aurelia Roberts, the Gryffindor from the Popcorn Party—but before they could go up and say hi, another girl appeared by her side. Mars' course immediately veered off to the side. They didn't like interrupting people they didn't know.
Instead, they pushed their way to the edge of the seats. Leaning against the railing, they stared down at the pitch below. The stadium was alive with noise as they looked on. A shiver went up their spine—Mars couldn't deny that they were excited. Maybe this turn of events wouldn't be so bad after all.

Aida was just about to take a seat when she spotted Sylvain next to a boy she didn't know. She came up and asked if she could sit with them. If they agreed then she would sit on Syl's other side. [The rest of this is assuming they agree.]
Waving at Sylvain's friend, Aida introduced herself by name and house. It would be immediately apparent to everyone that there was a bird on Aida's shoulder that they had never seen before -- a sandy-colored owl that rolled its head ninety degrees to the side and stared at Flash with its firey orange eyes.
"This is Scheherazade, otherwise known as ZaZa. She's a desert tawny owl," Aida introduced. "She does like to be pet in general, so feel free to try." The owl moved its head in a circle with curiosity as it looked over at Sylvain. Bringing an owl to a quidditch game was probably an odd choice, but there were plenty of unusual things about Aida, so in a way this was completely normal... all things considered.
Reaching into a leather satchel on her back, Aida wordlessly pulled out a tented, colorful box and tried to put it into Sylvain's hands. It was a chocolate frog box, unopened. Aida waved her hand to further indicate that it was now Sylvain's to do with as he pleased.
Today Aida was wearing a black and transparent stripey outfit that was quite fashionable and clearly not one of those garments that she made herself. A black leather jacket wrapped around her waist in case of inclement weather. The corner of a small blue kerchief poked out of her pocket but other than that, there was only one object on her person that had any color... a shiny golden snitch hung on a chain about her neck, probably to celebrate the match they had come for. Apparently Aida had gone shopping while they were in London.

Dressed in his Durmstrang uniform, Arjan meandered into the stands. He would probably not bother to watch the whole game. In fact, he was not really here on the camp for the game anyway. He was just here to have some fun. But... there were a few acquaintances - shall we call them - that were on the Durmstrang team that he thought he'd come see. Well, he was not coming for them, of course. He just had nothing else to do. He had already gone on two runs today and was getting bored out of his mind. Most of the camp were either playing or watching the game. It was quiet.
Though perhaps he could see if his 'acquaintances' - not friends, of course - were any good at the game. If not, he could teach them. Well, no. Actually, he meant uh bully them for it later.
He fell into a spare seat, not really bothering to even check if he was sitting in the right spot. The stadium might have been separated into different areas for different schools but he had no idea. He just walked in somewhere and sat down, without a care in the world. Well... it was more like he owned the place and everyone should just accept his actions.
Arjan scoffed under his breath at the sight of the Hufflepuff team. Well... not the entire team. More just their seeker. A small familiar looking girl. Also known as his sister. She flew into the pitch with her team but honestly, he had no idea why anyone would let her onto it. There was no way that she would be any good. The smirk formed on his face as he knew that he could mock her for her failures soon. Durmstrang would show her that she was not good at this. He knew that. "Pathetic..." He mumbled to himself, rolling his eyes at her. Not that she could see him but that did not matter. He could mock her for it later to her face.

One of her newest friends was a welcome companion, bright colors and all. "I love your outfit, Amadea. I should've gone all out too." Her outfit was quite simple compared to the others around her. It was more for comfort than anything else, the shirt breathable and shorts baggier than she would normally wear. It was the least feminine clothing she'd worn since before attending Hogwarts, though not too different than the skirts she usually wore since the shorts were baggy. The pale yellow of her shirt was kind of an eyesore against all the brighter yellow of Hufflepuff. At least her sign was the correct shade.
As she was about to thank Amadea for the compliment, another familiar face spoke up. Younger than the both of them and in Slytherin, Elspeth was someone she took under her wing and helped get on a routine for life at Hogwarts. They hadn't had too much time to spend together outside of academics. Summer camp seemed to be the perfect time to get to know her better, and perhaps make a few new friends along the way. "Hey! Thanks, popcorn sounds great." She hadn't had the muggle treat since last summer. How was it that she was already going into fourth year?
"How has it been a year already?" Dymphna wondered aloud, slouching a little in her seat as she munched on a handful of popcorn. The view of the field was blocked momentarily by a boy in a Durmstrang uniform. There was an air of arrogance about him, sitting wherever he liked without thought for others. What if they couldn't see the game well because this buffoon was blocking the way? "Excuse you," Dymphna huffed, not having heard his words but speaking more for the way he was sitting right in front of them. Her eyebrows were arched and face twisted into a scowl as if daring him to turn around and face her.

Aurelia face lit up and she beamed as Rose joined her. She paused till Rose had climbed to her seat and then ironically said: "Hello, what took you so long?" In reality, Rose hadn't missed anything, in fact, the match hadn't even started. She smirked at Rose's comment of the crowd, it was indeed very big, but nothing Aurelia wasn't used too. She had watched the World cup before... now that was huge.
With a disapproving nod, she examined Rose's merch-free self. After finding nothing, that could remotely be counted as merch for Hufflepuff, Aurelia handed Rose her flag that she made herself. "Here, so you don't look as boring", she said grinning. Her gaze wandered from red-head to the players. It seemed like they were about to start. Oh, she couldn't wait! It would be wonderful.
"What are you most excited about? For me, it must be seeing Durmstrang play. I've never watched them. Oh, and, of course, celebrating with Hufflepuff who surely will win", she was not 100% confident in her words. Hufflepuff was strong, but she still hadn't seen Durmstrang play and maybe they proved to be stronger.
She looked around the crowd. The Durmstrang students had their own section, and scanning the masses, she saw many familiar faces of students and professors. But Aurelia's concentration went back to the field, where the Quidditch players soared above.❛ ━━━━━━・❪🏆❫ ・━━━━━━ ❜

The trek from the campgrounds to the London Quidditch Stadium has been hellish for Howard. The harmful rays of the long summer day had been especially hot and dangerous for the Dhampir’s fragile skin, forcing him to wear his heavy cloak for protection and zinc oxide smeared across his nose. As much as it protected him from the UV rays, it did nothing to stop it from being miserably hot. On a few different occasions the boy contemplated using a freezing charm on himself, anything for a moment of relief.
A mass gathering of both students and Professors alike was the last idea of a good time for Howard, preferring to keep to himself or his very small group of “friends.” Maybe he could call them that. However, there wasn’t a chance in hell the boy was going to miss the Quidditch match of the year. The big whammy, a chance to watch his school go against another in a championship match. Howard was hardly one for school pride, but a chance to watch the best players from each Institution go head to head was too good to pass up. If there was one thing he would take away from his time at Hogwarts, it would be an undying love for the sport.
So, Howard suffered through the heat and blazing sun. As he approached the stadium, all worries of the sunburn would wash away. What a sight to behold for the teenaged Dhampir. Sure, he had grown up seeing all of the football stadiums on the tele, but his family never had the means to attend one. The sheer size of the complex took his breath away. His head would turn on a constant swivel as he made his way towards the seating designated for Hogwarts students as he took it all in.
Following the directions from several nameless people, Howard would find an empty seat amongst his fellow...Hogwartians?...and sit down. As the sun finally began to set, he would pull his hood down and scan the pitch, taking in every detail he could. Who knew if this chance would ever come again. As the seats began to fill and the players took to the field, Howard would feel something that did not come to him often. The excitement bubbled up in his belly, the match would start soon. He would even stand and pump a fist in the air with a mighty, “WOO!!!”
“Oi! Got any blood pops, mate? Where the butter beer at?!” Howard called to the snack vendor with a silly smile plastered across his face.

She was decked out and it sort of reminded her of one of those overly obsessed parents that attended every game for their child while wearing every single piece of apparel they could find. "Thanks!" she said brightly. "I think your sign makes up for your lack of apparel, though," Amadea said, gesturing toward the giant GO HUFFLEPUFF sign Dymphna had.
Before Amadea could say anything else, another girl sat down with them who apparently knew Dymphna. The girl was not familiar to Amadea, though few people these days were. She smiled kindly and sat back in her seat, letting the two other girls converse. Eventually, the girl introduced herself as Elspeth. "Hi Elspeth, it's nice to meet you," Amadea said, extending her hand. "I'm Amadea."
She turned back as Dymphna commented about how a year had already gone by. It was funny; sometimes it felt like the year had flown by so quickly it hadn't even happened while other times she felt like the year had dragged on so long that she didn't know if it would ever end. As much as she was excited to be finished and looking forward to the next year ahead of her, she also found it quite difficult to keep moving forward with her life and be happy again. She felt almost guilty for being happy and having new milestones in her life without her father there to witness them with her. She shook off her feelings and nodded at Dymphna. "I know, it's crazy isn't it?" she said. "I can't believe we've been at Hogwarts for three years." Time really did fly.
As she was lost in thought she noticed a tall figure claiming one of the seats in front of them and her eyebrows creased. For one, he was blocking their view of the Quidditch Pitch, and two, he seemed to be a Durmstrang student that was clearly in the Hogwarts section. Maybe he knew someone on the Hogwarts team that he wanted to cheer for? Either way, Amadea glanced over at Dymphna and Elspeth, wondering if they should say anything. It seemed like Dymphna had it covered, as her face was contorted into a glare. "Do you mind moving over?" Amadea said timidly. "You're blocking our view."── ❋ ──

Henry moved in search of a empty seat, or seats looking for a place for himself and his friends if they decided to join him. He found a few empty seats after a while and started to make his way there, he took a lengthy route so he won't disturb anyone from watching the match nor get in anyone's way. Once he finally took his seat he took time to noticed that to the right of him was full of group's of student's laughing and chatting among each other while to the left of him was empty. Henry took his muggle camera out from his camera bag and aimed it at certain players while he took a few pictures, Henry always have preferred and found muggle camera's to be quite unique even through the final picture didn't moved he still enjoyed taking them and storing them in his photo-book.
As he took a few pictures he side glanced a few of the groups chatting and having fun together which made him wished he would have been their with his friends plus tentmates. I wonder where Cricket and Charles are? Their probably hanging out together back at the tent or somewhere else. Maybe they will come later, well I saved them seats if they do but even if they don't that's fine their probably becoming better friends or something like that. And plus I doubt I will be here for that much longer, I don't like quidditch that much and I can always find out about the outcome of the match from any other student since it seems like every Hogwarts's student is here, well every besides from Cricket and Charles.
Henry placed his camera bag at his feet, while he then ran a hand through his hair and continued to take photo's of the match while sometimes side eyeing a few of the groups of student's laughing and chatting among each other, and while Henry wished to join them he just stayed at his seat taking pictures of the match.

Unlike many others, Carolyn wasn’t overly excited for today’s match. She was curious and she wanted to support her peers but she was no expert on Quidditch. It just wasn’t her thing. Still, she put on her yellow t-shirt, black jeans, black boots and a choker with golden pendant before finally leaving the tent. It was an outfit specifically chosen to honor the Hufflepuff team. In all honesty, she was by no means a fan of yellow color but today, she was willing to make an exception. I wonder if Aaron’s going to play, she pondered briefly as she was slowly pushing through the crowd, trying to find an empty seat.
I hate this! Carolyn cursed inwardly. Crowds were a true bane of her existence. She might have looked pretty calm on the outside but inside she was screaming. She knew she should have come earlier. Still, the young Ravenclaw didn’t have choice. Or well, she did. She could either turn back and fight the crowd or keep going. Considering how far she made it, the second option seemed a bit more reasonable. And so, clutching her sketchbook in one hand and a black cap in the other, Carolyn kept searching.
Five minutes later, although it felt an eternity, the girl finally spotted what she was looking for. There was a group of chatting people, then a boy and next to him more than one empty seat. Jackpot! Now I just you just have to talk to him. Carolyn sighed, slowly gathering her courage. No time to waste, someone else will sit there if I don’t, she reprimanded herself immediately. “Umm…I’m sorry, are those seats taken?” she finally approached the boy (Henry Knight). She didn’t want to just sit down in case he was waiting for someone.

“Umm…I’m sorry, are those seats taken?”Henry heard from besides him and he stopped taking pictures of the match as he turned and looked up at a girl who seemed to be dressed in all yellow or at least close to yellow, she must be from Hogwarts, Henry stared at her a but unsure about what to do or say. He kept side eyeing the empty seats next to him then canning his neck trying to see if Cricket or Charles was coming but he was unsure if they would join him or not so he nodded to the girl as he spoke"no, you can take them if you want." After he moved his camera bag a but closer to his feet as to give her room if she chosen to stay but he won't be surprised if she didn't since many wouldn't have chosen to sit next to a complete stranger during a quidditch match.
Henry smiled to the girl, he wanted to at least seem friendly to her as he then went back taking photos of the match with his camera. She seems nice and she's probably waiting for some friends anyway so it was good that I gave her the seats since I don't know if Cricket or Charles will be coming and I don't want to seem like I'm hogging seats.
