In this WYR game, instead someone gives an answer and the next makes up a question for it and says a random answer.

Example:

Person 1:
Spaghetti with french fries.

Person 2:
Would you rather date a whale with three eyes or spaghetti with french fries?
Cyclops for slippers.

Person 3:
Would you rather have gross toenails or wear cyclops for slippers everywhere?
Swim in lava.

Person 4:
Would you rather swim in lava or drown in spit?
Gucci flip flops.
