I like Athena or Archimedes the most but it kind of depends on what you think Lizzy would like IC. If she's a big fan of mythology, for instance, go with the one whose name means something to her. If she wants something super unique, go for that. Etc
Serena's pet name is very much silly because she's that way and it stuck. She wouldn't have thought too much about a name with meaning. Her pet thread explains why it's the name it is and it was a rp point for me a few times, which I like. Having an IC reason gives it more meaning in my opinion. It could just be she loved the name for x reason (x could be it was pretty, she loved the meaning behind it, she named it after someone she knew etc).
You don't need a reason, I just personally recommend one as it's more fun.
