Besides a bump on the head and maybe a few bruises, the main thing that would be hit was the girl's pride. He did not use magic to heal her up quickly because he preferred the option of time. Brushed the twigs out of her hair. Cleaned off the filth with a rag, let her get to a somewhat clean, previous state of hygiene before he considered waking her up.
Aurora was a rather heavy burden, the sort his long, thin arms was not intended to endure. Still it looked rather bad, an unconscious girl in his arm, he ambled into camp but not before he cast Ferula. How was he going to explain this one? The answer was simple, he was not. He heaved Aurora over his back like a sack of dirty potatoes and brought her to the camp grounds. She would find a shady looking cabin and the unceremoniously plop her down, propped against the side of the cabin, still cocooned in the blanket.
He would see someone -- Nicholas. Honestly, he did not know the name but he had seen the face, they share a house after all."Hey you, you over there!" He would summon Nicholas over. "I have an erm... thing," he gestured towards Aurora.

Burrito Girl
It was a relatively rare emotion that had settled over Nicholas McCowan, contentment. Most of his waking moments were spent playing spectator to his own mercurial nature, anger and disquiet, targeted both at others and himself, dared not allow the boy much in the way of a say as to how he felt. So it was that he found himself enjoying that particular day of his summer holiday immensely. In truth, the camp had been a bit of a wash, there had been far too much going on, far too many people to deal with. More often than not he just wanted to storm off back to his cabin and sulk in the relative peace and quiet of light coloured decor. Yet, so far, that particular day had been different. For one, he’d managed to avoid any of the neverending frustrations that masqueraded as a particular grouping of his classmates. It seemed that he’d actually have a day to bask in the relative serenity of the August sun. Naturally, that meant that the inevitable collapse of that peace was all the more frustrating.
Nicholas did not recognise the older boy who called out to him, stirring him from a particularly enjoyable semi-nap that he’d managed to lull himself into. His mind had been empty, yet no longer, the inevitable tidal wave of uncontrollable emotions crashed over him with all the subtlety of such a disaster.
The look he shot to the other boy was positively poisonous, frustration not even bothering to hide beneath his muddy brown irises.
Still, he made his way over all the same, getting to his feet with an overly theatrical grumble and stalking toward his senior. It was only as he approached that he caught full stock of the situation. The boy’s face was one that he had seen before, in and among the Gryffindor common room. From memory, Nicholas thought he may have been a soon to be minted fifth year, maybe a fourth. He could hardly claim kinship with any of the students in the year immediately above him, let alone those further up the proverbial hierarchy. Besides, it was not the boy in glasses that caught his attention, but the girl he had propped up against the side of the cabin. What the older boy had described as a thing.
Ranvier?
He did not know the girl particularly well, except outside of the brief quidditch match that they had competed in during the preceding spring. Despite such a scant interaction, she had certainly left an impression. It had hardly been a good one.
Ranvier had spent most of the match screaming about chocolate, then had the audacity to hit him over the head with a beater's club after the scrimmage. Sure, he had hit her off her broom not five minutes prior, but that had been his role. His opinions of the girl began and ended on the simple fact that he knew her to be one of the most irritating people alive. God forbid if he ever had to be near the Ravenclaw for any extended period, for her shrieking would no doubt burst eardrums. Yet, he did not wish her ill, and the site of her so limp and frail sent shivers down his spine.
“Christ,” Was all he could muster, the blaspheme familiar on his tongue.
He didn’t even look at the older boy as he darted to the unconscious girl’s side, instinct taking over. Those instincts were hardly honed, nor were they partnered with intelligence relating to how to properly solve the situation, but they governed his movement all the same. He reached for the girl’s forehead with his hand, as if taking her temperature.
He didn’t look up from the girl’s limp form as he posed a question to the boy who had called him over, his tone betraying only the slightest hints of worry, “What happened?”

Dazed and confused.
The previous impact on her head wasn’t that severe, and yet, it somehow managed to knock the girl out. Quite dramatic, though, it was nothing new. Soon after the failed murder attempt, the drama queen had finally gain her. Despite the minor injuries on her arms, legs, and the side of her left eyebrow, the headache that she felt was no joke. The first thing she noticed upon waking up was two guys conversing about something. Probably the secret of the universe, or the wizarding politics and economy. Judging from the soreness of her entire body, it would make the most sense to think she was in the hospital wing, being treated by the competent school nurse.
Soft fingertips touched her forehead, whoever that was could definitely feel the bump on it, which was quite apparent from the slight bluish purple colour that it had. Slowly opened her eyes, only being greeted by the bright light and a silhouette of a person, making her winced from the sudden light sensitivity. Is this what heaven looks like? Am I- dead?
“What happened?”
Rewinded on the tape of that day’s activity, something must have happened that caused her to pass out. A letter, a date, poisonous food and beverages, pepper spray, kidnapping, then rolled into the unknown. Hold on a minute. If she were alive, that could only mean one thing. The place she currently laid on was nowhere near a hospital wing. She was with the kidnapper in his kidnapping bunker and the other voice could be his boss or his fellow criminal which was allegedly paid by her mother. It was clear to the girl that Hogwarts is actually an offender headquarters with school as the coverup.
Her heart was beating so fast, it could fall out of her chest. With her head lightly throbbing, plans after plans written hastily in her mind. She did not want to let them know that she woke up and was somewhat alert of the surroundings just in case they had weapons on them which will not do her any good. Strike or pretend to die. No one could guarantee the success rate of her attack. One tiny wiggle was enough to confirm the constraints on her movement. What a smart jerk. What are they using? Rope? Glue?. They must know about her wandless magic ability called punching and kicking. A wimp coward, that’s what they are.
She made a decision. She needed to break free. No matter how hard the challenge would be, nothing that Aurora couldn’t bear. One, two, three, now. Slowly opened both eyes as her body rolled and wiggled back and forth on the ground, trying to loosen the wrapped blanket and of course with another scream. “D-DON’T TOUCH ME YOU PERV! WHAT IS THIS? HUMAN TRAFFICKING? HELP!”Strength roll (if needed)

“Christ.”
The fellow Gryffindor muttered, his eyes on the rolled up girl he had taped into a picnic blanket. She looked like a misused and abused 1980's My Little Pony, bright colored with frayed, colorful tresses.
The boy would rush to Aurora's side. did they know one another? He had no way of truly knowing, he would bring a hand to her forehead and feel her forehead. It was not not nor was it cold, she was not sick with a fever but the burrito-skin wrapped around her was likely getting a bit warm.
“What happened?”
"The girl is insane," didn't Nick already know. "My cousin set me up on a blind date with her and she attacked with t-this hurty spray," he would pantomime with his hands something spraying him in the eyes. "She is nuts" he complained empathetically. But that was not the point, that was the reason, the explanation for why but it failed to explain the what. "I rolled her up in a blanket after she attacked my cousin and his..." he did not want to call that poor girl his girlfriend. He was not entirely sure what Mathias was up to, for all he knew they had been a couple for a few months. That would be an obligatory requirement imposed on the both of them by their family, to find a 'nice' 'impure' girl, like Winnie and one could suppose Aurora but there were some pairings that were not worth the approval of their patriarch. "She must have bashed her head," he explained. he was telling the truth, the girl lacked the sense to tuck with a roll.
“D-DON’T TOUCH ME YOU PERV! WHAT IS THIS? HUMAN TRAFFICKING? HELP!”
Hess would look at Aurora exasperated. "Thank god I taped her in," he muttered out loud as he frowned at her. "I really don't know what to do with her, she is out of her mind," the wheel is spinning, but the hamster is dead sort of crazy. He let out a sigh. "No, I am giving you to him to kidnap," Jurgen announced with a tone of frustration only Aurora and her incessant whining and nagging could conjure.
"And also" he sounded a bit offended, his voice higher. "I would not touch you with..." Well, he touched the blanket that was around her. "...with my hands!" A shitty defense at best. "You're gross and weird and I don't like you!" He shouted at the obnoxious girl. He was a quidditch fan, Aurora was a quidditch player and for that reason she could have been attractive in his book but then he actually met her, she opened her mouth and well... all he wanted was to have her close her trap. if he was not concerned for the fact that he might have killed her the first time, he would wack her in the head a second time. This time on purpose.

Nicholas raised his eyes from the wounded girls, his face relatively stoney as the older boy spoke. For once, the brewing storm did not form in his expression as he took the information in. Anger did not touch upon the boy’s feelings, only relative confusion as to the situation. It was rather overwhelming after all. A girl whom he knew in passing had been brought before him, wrapped up in a blanket as if the fabric was to serve as a makeshift straight jacket. She looked terrible, absolutely dreadful, beyond awful. But, he supposed that getting involved in a fight and subsequently being restrained would do that to someone. Still, the situation seemed somewhat far-fetched. His housemate seemed reasonable enough, nothing in his expression nor tone betrayed to the soon-to-be-second-year that he was lying. But the story itself seemed entirely unbelievable in and of itself.
Nicholas opened his mouth as if to question its veracity, “She bashed her he-” His words were cut-off by the sudden shriek from the wrapped up Ravenclaw.
Nicholas sprung backward, jumping from his haunches and into a standing position, his eyes wild with shock. Her shout resembled banshee more than it resembled girl, and Nicholas’s expression in turn changed from genuine concern for her well-being to confusion, then disgust, and finally to frustration. He found himself agreeing with the other boy as he expressed relief at the fact he had taped the girl within the blanket. Nicholas nodded slowly, before his body went entirely rigid, an involuntary side-effect of what the other Gryffindor said next. She was being given to Nicholas to kidnap her? After she had just accused him of being a pervert.
“Wait what?” He started, but found himself cut off by the older boy’s continued rant.
A moment earlier he had seemed relatively composed, rather well put together. Perhaps that had been another example of how Nicholas was so often blinded by the age of his upperclassmen, once more he was struck by the reality that just because one of the other students was his senior, it did not mean that they were any more composed than his own classmates.
He felt like a spectator to a conflict that he wanted absolutely no part in. More than that, he felt like a spectator who had been hauled into the ring by the competitors, somehow desperate to expand their bout to all parties involved.
“Mate, what, I-” Nicholas stuttered before he allowed himself to tap into his frustration, “I’m not kidnapping anyone.” He reared on the girl, her physical lack of threat not reducing the fire that filled Nicholas’s tone at all, “And I’m not a bloody perv!”
He ran a hand through his hair, desperately annoyed at the situation that had come before him, muttering obscenities under his breath in Scots as he did so.
“I don’t know what the bloody hell is going on here but it’s weird,” He struggled to keep the annoyance out of his voice, “Just- what? Is this some kind of joke or something?” Incredulity stained his words.
Whatever had led to the situation before him, violence had not yet erupted between the frustrated boy and the entrapped girl, at least not that he could see. Still, it seemed inevitable that the situation would only continue to escalate. What cruel god had Nicholas angered to be drawn into it?
“Both of you stop with this cat melodeon nonsense,” He grumbled, before sighing, “D’you need the nurse?”
It took every ounce of his willpower not to allow his frustration to take control, and should either of the other two continue with their spat, then it was almost certain that the rage would take over and he’d be drawn into an argument to which he was not a party.

So it was confirmed, Mr. four eyes did not work alone. How could frail looking kids like them trying to abduct another student in broad daylight? The bravery within them probably developed knowing the fact screams and all that would be considered normal here since it happened so often. A sick twisted world, indeed. This new hostage situation scheme would never penetrate her tiny mind. But who was she to judge? It was her very first time being in this kind of situation. “WH- HIM?” Unlike the older boy, the pervy one looked familiar, as if they met each other in another time, when everything made sense. “Wait, I know you” The same grumpy face, just with longer hair. She was positive it was the same guy who bludgered her, not that it was illegal, but still. If only she were much faster to dodge, there would be no one sided bad blood between the two kids. “You’re the one that CHEATED! AND YOU ARE HIS BOSS? I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN!” She was still moving back and forth like a worm in the sun as she let out a deafening scream.
What a weird dude, the boy literally said what he wouldn’t do while actually doing it. And of course, that made Aurora hissed at him like a feral cat. Then he called her gross and weird. Weird was acceptable, but gross? Those glasses apparently did not do the job. “EXCUSE YOU! FOR YOUR INFORMATION, I SHOWERED TWICE A DAY! AND YOU’RE WEIRD AS WELL! AND OUR FEELING IS MUTUAL!”
One was in need of new pair of goggles while the other was pretending to be dumb, acting so innocent as if he had nothing to do with it. What a liar. “HE PUSHED ME DOWN THE HILL! AFTER HE AND THE OTHER GUY POISONED MY FRIEND!” My friend. Where is my friend? She looked around the grounds, it wasn’t her safety anymore as the first priority. “Where’s Winnie? WHERE’S WINNIE? WINNIE!” Exterior look doesn’t always illustrate what lies within. Kind and nerdy face on the outside, but turned out he was a cold blooded person, trying to annihilate me, how dare. Did he know how unstable the world would be if there’s no Aurora? Without the girl’s existence, it will be the end of humanity. There’s absolutely no connection between the two but whatever.
The idea to tamper with the drink could be his idea. He was the mastermind, not that door mat. Their target was Winnie all along, herself and the other quidditch girl were probably just tools to make whatever intention they had seemingly innocuous. And now they succeeded in separating the girls away, that other ginger haired boy must have done something bad. Something terrible. Could they-? No. Upon realizing what could’ve happened, the screams finally stopped, and so were her continuous wiggles. Bless Ricola (Nick) and Jeremy (Jürgen), their ears will work perfectly until further notice. Her expression turned grim, one blink away to the river of tears. Deadly staring into the void, she asked, “Did you? Did the other one h-hurt her?”

Aurora would continue to scream and make a scene. She really made very little sense but there was a thread of truth to her words, the parts involving his cousin Mathias. Yeah, he definitely did something to that girl's drink. Galton had served as a pretty clear demonstration of that very point. Not that Hess had any idea why Mathias would do that. it was a well-known fact that there were by far more witches than warlocks. He did not need to stoop to potions to get a date. If anything he found his taste in young women questionable at best. Perhaps he had a thing for loud, obnoxious women that preferred to dress in tones of eye-searing.
"Do I honestly look like I could possibly ever be interested in you," Jurgen snapped. Before she opened her mouth, before he knew her limited bloodline, her likely mediocre potential, then perhaps maybe. He was like any other boy and he could appreciate something interesting, something lovely. "I am just trying to chill you out," she reminded him of a squawking bird and he wondered if like a noisy bird if he threw a blanket over her head she would fall asleep and think it was night like an agitated parrot.
Did she need the nurse?
"Most likely," he reasoned but he was not willing to leave himself open to getting sprayed in the face with that demon juice. "But she is a public health threat," he complained. "I mean she is conscious now, so she will probably be fine." he was no doctor so he had no real way of knowing. "But I am more concerned about the threat of her getting loose," he admitted. "He left my cousin and that girl screaming in pain," he guessed that her name was 'Winnie' since that was the name that Aurora was using. He honestly did not bother to commit any of them to memory. They were utterly forgettable in his opinion even if he was an avid fan of Quidditch.
"If anyone hurt Winnie," if that was her real name. "It was you and your damned spray," some sort of crude muggle weapon that she carelessly inflicted on other users. "You were the one spraying us in the face, they were screaming and carrying on. You would have sprayed myself and Galton also if I did not knock you down the hill." He reminded her, frustrated truly by her audacious claims and her incessant screaming.
Hess would turn to Nicholas, possibly the only reasonable human being at this school he hoped. Little did he know that boy was even more cracked than the rest because he found this banshee -- attractive? Datable? Something so far short of revolting he found it datable. Facts at the time he was unaware of. "I just don't know what to do with her. She is going to inflict more violence but there is no way I am going to tote her around like this forever." What does Nick think they, it being a we rather than a him since he was now a witness and therefore involved, should do?

If there was a more annoying sound than the shrieks that emanated from the voice of Aurora Ranvier, then Nicholas prayed to all that was holy that he never came upon it. The fact that she was still holding a grudge over his behaviour in a friendly quidditch match from months prior, and that she thought it best to express her displeasure through the medium of raptor impersonations, made him entirely unsympathetic to her plight. She had appeared the victim at first, disheveled and restrained, Nicholas knew now that such an action was almost certainly for her own good. Whatever had come upon her, he was beginning to doubt that there was any way in which she had not brought the misfortune down and upon herself. Karmic justice was a powerful force, after all.
So, Nicholas didn’t offer the girl a response. Instead, choosing to ignore her accusations and yells with as much quiet dignity as he could muster. This being Nicholas McCowan, meant that he only shot her a partially venomous glare, one befitting a spider and not a snake, before turning his attention back toward the older boy.
“You’re not wrong,” He sighed in response to his concern that she may be a danger, “She’s acting like a looney. Hell, I’d be worried that if she assumes everyone she comes across is a dangerous pervert,” he shot another foul look toward the bundle of blanket and annoying unicorn, “then she might just attack them outright.”
The news as to ‘Winnie’ was new to him, especially the allegation that she sprayed the girl in the face with some sort of liquid. He supposed it had to be a liquid, maybe an eye irritation potion? Was that a thing? Regardless of her means, or motive, it seemed that she had attacked before, and the bespeckled boy’s words of warning had found purchase in Nicholas’s mind. He had been taken aback at first by her appearance and condition, pity and worry had been his initial unconscious reaction, perhaps suspicion too at the student who had carried her forth. Her screams and accusations that Nicholas was a part of some sort of kidnapping cabal had waylayed those concerns. She was mad as a hatter.
The cold, logical part of Nicholas’s brain wanted to wish the other boy luck in his quest to quieten the maddened pink creature. He had been trying so desperately to nourish that part of his psyche, to cauterise those parts that tore and bit at his failures and opened him up to further hurts. But he was not a cold-blooded creature, and whilst his heated demeanour more often led to outbursts of rage, it too led to a sense of guilt that he could not quite so easily cast aside. If he didn’t help, he’d probably end up beating himself up about it for the remainder of camp.
“I suppose, there’s not much for it,” Nicholas mused aloud, “We could probably keep an eye on her until she calms down? Maybe it’s just a fit of madness.” The ‘we’ left his lips without a second thought, “Although I don’t think my ear-drums could take another second of her screaming.”
Said lips would then be pursed, as the boy thought, “Although, if it is a fit of madness, it could be magical, yeah? Would the counter-charm work?”
He followed the question with a general complaint, aimed nowhere in particular, ”God help me, I hope this isn’t how she normally is. We'd probably have to roll her into the lake or something, it sounds like she can speak Mermish.”

This guy’s ego was astronomical. Never going to be interested, said the boy who dropped a sandwich as he saw the non-screaming Aurora presence before the chaos took place. Too bad she didn’t notice it, thus, no comeback material. “DO I LOOK LIKE I’M INTERESTED IN YOU? BECAUSE I DON’T!” Admittedly, as someone without the power of shiny silver hair, he was standing so tall on the attractive spectrum. Though, every cells in her body repulsed the fact that she thought he was quite a charming lad, of course, before he did what he did. Other than the dangerous side of the wizarding world, cute boys would be another threat that could be the end of her life.
She did attack two people at once, yes. And one of those people was the girl she never intended to hurt. To put it straight, it wasn’t entirely her fault when Winnie’s own two legs decided to jump and defend the undeserving. Let’s just say, it was an unfortunate accident. Still, the way the glasses boy said it made her feel remorseful. Damn you Jeremy. “SHE WASN’T MY TARGET! ARE YOU-“ All of these screaming dried out her throat. Blame the dumb boys for making her thirsty. But no, she wasn’t thirsty for boys, she just needed some water to quench herself. Breathe in, breathe out. Most of her stamina was required just to fuel the shouting. It was exhausting. “-Are you seriously that daft? Why am I the evil one here?” Excessive shouting made her sound like a lunatic on the loose, or a hazard to the society as the boys might say. It finally got to her at last. Although a little too late, but still better than never.
“Okay, you know what? If you’re not involved, I am sorry. But there was something weird about the whole situation, but I don’t know what it was.” She wiggled herself in a more comfortable position. This time, she was sitting down rather than laying down on the ground, but still in the taped blanket. “Both of you, just listen. First, Winnie was extremely mad at your cousin, then out of nowhere, I don’t know if she drank something afterwards, but she acted weird and lovey dovey towards him and she did not even remember when they started dating, and allegedly, they dated for months already! Us girls don’t forget important things like that easily!” Except for names, she is terrible with names. “And that friend of yours, God I almost forget about him, I don’t know if that was his way to not apologising, but right after I put that handkerchief of yours which drenched in that drink, he was like, I don’t know, as if someone reset his memory or something I’m not sure.”
Could it be someone else other than the six people on the so-called date? Or could it be that chaser girl? They had never interacted with each other outside the pitch, perhaps she had a motive, perhaps not. It could be another new lead to catch the date saboteur. “I don’t know who did it, I don’t know what it was, could be a spell, poison, potion, runes, whatever, or maybe just my gut feeling but something isn’t right and I can’t just do nothing and watch it happen right in front of me and I don’t care if no one believes me because I know that I’m right about this. And I refuse to rest until I get to the bottom of this.”
Desperate for answers, too much evidence is as bad as none. Being on their good side would probably help her, but one couldn’t mend what has been severely broken. “Look, if you two are in fact innocent, not my kidnapper, not two pervs, please just help me, I don’t know what to do.” They could just abandon her in the first place, but they didn’t. It wasn’t her who put them inside her chaos, they signed up for this. “I promise I won’t do more spraying, or punching, or kicking, or wand waving, and I won’t scream either!” She looked at both dimwits with pleading eyes. “Please?” Had she explained everything in the first place, things would have been much simpler. “And don’t roll me down the lake when I am still wrapped around whatever this is.”

Burrito Girl
Jurgen would give Nicholas a sideways glance as the girl started to calm down or at the very least pretended to. "My cousin is a first year," soon to be second "what possible skill could he have employed to poison any of your food?" A rhetorical questions meant to be met with 'nothing' because if memory served, there was nothing learn in their first year that would have the power to do anything as significant as to change someone's personality or perspective. "I doubt he has excelled so far ahead of his peers to be capable of anything even close to that," Jurgen claimed but he knew better. He honestly believed the girl, he did not put it past Mathias to do something so low but Mathias was no prodigy.
"Maybe they are dating," he proposed. Not that he believed that a girl would find the boy tolerable in the least, at least the real one. "Not that it greatly matters, we're both purebloods and Seers. We don't pick who we end up with," Jurgen explained with clinical sterility. In the end, even if Mathias was interested in Winnie, a prerogative of a teenage boy, it would be entirely short-lived. They were supposed to date, meet girls and make superficial connections with people of limited value, one could suppose Winnie was one such girl. A political move to show how open and welcoming purebloods can be and how unstable---
Oh damn, that fucking asshole...
He shook his head with the silent revelation. "Winnie will have the chance to brag about dating a guy with more passive wealth than god with a combed bloodline that can be traced back to antiquity... for however long it lasts. For however long it takes before she messes things up with him," he would play the understanding boyfriend publicly. He would claim to be sensitive, hopeful and passive and the girl would simply abide by her pterodactyl-nature and prove the point for them: they have mud in their blood.
"Do you think she is lying?" Jurgen would ask Nick as she promised to not kick, scream or pepper spray the two of them. He actually preferred Nick's plan to roll the girl into the lake, not that he really meant that even in his head or believed that Nick meant it either. "I got a second roll," he offered the roll to Nicholas. Wizard Tight, something he got on his weekend trips to Hogsmeade. If she went on a rampage, the wizard tight would be more reliable than casting a spell in a panic, although it would bring them back to where they started.
He would fumble with the end of the tape and if not prevented from starting to free her by Nicholas whose power of reason might be adequate to warn him that Aurora was likely a stinky liar.
