To the Basement Storytellers -

I must admit that I have never had a more confusing and yet somehow entertaining stroll through the dungeons as I did with the three of you. It was most certainly the most unique journey that I have ever had. Have you three considered starting up a drama club - or perhaps a storytelling or writing club?

The riddles in the quest were rather enjoyable to work out, and the playacting was intriguing. As older students, the three of you are role models to your younger badger siblings - and whilst that might sound nerve-wrecking, you are all doing a fine job of it from what I can see. May you continue to be the light that guides them in the dark.

Please find enclosed a letter to each of you, as well as a cupcake each - in case the rest gets snagged by someone else!

To: @Amadea Campbell

Have you ever realised how important your presence is? Whether you realise this or not, whether it was intentional or not, let me clarify it for you. In that short time we spent together, it was clear to see. You were the voice of reason in the group.

Thank you for being the calm and the balance for my rather confused state of being. I am fairly certain I would have turned around long before we reached the potions classroom if you were not there.

So thank you, Huntress Campbell, for being you.

To: @Ami Procoppio

Never underestimate the power of your enthusiasm and the value of your words. You are quite literally perhaps the best hypeman I have ever had the pleasure of coming across. And in all honesty, this world - and a lot of your school friends - lack that much needed self-confidence. Your services will constantly be required - and I wish you the best of luck in that endeavour. I hope you bring the world up with your beautiful ego boosting persona.

But more than that... do me another favour and never stop just being you - whoever that you is. Because whether you are King Chad or Ami Procoppio, a Queen, you are regal and worthy of that title. Never stop being the boss that you are.

To: @Quinn Healy

Seasons may change, the years may stack up and you may have grown a foot or two - but I am pleased to see that you are still the wonderfully energetic self that I saw towards the end of your second year. Never lose your spirit, for it is far too beautiful and precious.

Whether or not I am worthy to dubbed the same title as you, Knight Healy, is something I do not know. But I do know that you are most certainly worthy of the title. The house looks up to you - both metaphorical and rather quite literally. Prefect, Quidditch Captain, Knight... Whatever title you choose, I know you will succeed and I have the utmost faith that you will go far in life. Stay true to your path, no matter what obstacles may come your way.

However, I do believe that you still need to beat one Hufflepuff Head of House in a fair arm wrestle from last year - and my money is most certainly on you. May you succeed in every endeavour - especially that one.

To: @Ethen Emrys and @Atlas Reid

Mission Report -

The mission was successful. The situation has been contained. Major Emrys and Lieutenant Reid performed exceptionally well. It is my deepest regret that this mission was only possible because of the Major's ultimate sacrifice.

It goes without saying that this operation must remain a secret, especially from the prying eyes of the Navy - and the Potions Master of the dungeons!

Personal Note -

In honour of the admirable Major Emrys, please find the promised pumpkin juice within the container, Lieutenant Reid. There is a second one, which we will pour one out to our fallen comrade.

May this letter reach you in spirit. For some reason, I feel as though you will somehow be able to read this letter and understand the feelings that I am attempting to communicate with you.

Thank you for your bravery and service, Major. Your sacrifice was a noble one. It showed a lot about you as a person. Even in the face of danger, you put the mission, your comrades and the safety of those around you first. You are far braver than you realise and without you, all would have been lost. You gave us the strength to carry on. Never forget that.

As the lava claimed your body, I could not help but recall all of the times that we never got to drink together. So, know that there's a pumpkin juice out there for you.

To: @Atlas Reid

Congratulations on your heroics. You did what no one else could have. Successfully completing the Mooncalf Maneuver in such a situation, especially after the loss of a dear comrade, was no easy feat.

I hope the monument of food on the coffee table is worthy for our fallen comrade. I will certainly never forget what both of you did here today. But you were wrong about one thing, Lieutenant. I am not the only one with the power to make the mission successful. Without you, without the Major, the mission would have failed. Because there is greatness and success in working together. You could have done it alone too; perhaps we both could have. Real strength, however, comes from knowing when to work together.

Stand up for what you believe in, what you want to protect and what you want to fight for, Lieutenant - and you will never let anyone down, especially not me. More importantly, however, have faith in yourself. You are amazing, Lieutenant. Never forget that. What was achieved was only possible because you never gave up.

Though - if mission photos are leaked, even I cannot protect you from being discharged from service. Especially if they reach the Admiral or the Potions Master!

To: @Jake Morris and @Thea Knott

To the Benevolent Gnomes of the Courtyard,

They say a picture says a thousand words. I am not quite sure that I can match the two you gave me with a letter, however I will certainly try. You both are far kinder, far sweeter and far more talented than perhaps you even realise.

Have faith in your abilities and confidence in yourselves. Though you may be small in size, you certainly make up for it with your large hearts, certainly full of benevolence. Thank you for your wonderful works of art. They have brightened up the walls of my office quite a bit.

In this box, you will find a small token of my appreciation. Though it may not be nearly as beautiful as the pages you gave me, you will find a letter and cupcake inside for the pair of you.

Thank you for bestowing your kindness upon me. I am most grateful for your effort and am very blessed to have a beautiful piece of artwork that will constantly remind me of a wonderful day - one that was made wonderful by the efforts of amazingly kind and beautiful people like yourself.

Thea, I do not know how often you hear it or if you believe it but let me tell you this: Not only are you a very talented artist but you are also sweet, kind and utterly wonderful. Never doubt any of those things. Reflect, grow, sure. But have more confidence in yourself and your abilities, do not doubt them.
