so you don't have to do any of the homework at all, at the end of every year you'll automatically get all the spells and potions from that year, all you have to do once you graduate is post in the index re-application forum and fill out the form saying you graduated, give them the coding for your trunk with all the spells and potions added, and it'll all be updated. also if you didn't know, you can apply for a second year ability once you've graduated, you do not need to re-apply to the index for that or provide your trunk coding for that information to be updated.
if that doesn't make any sense, sorry, I'm not the best at explaining!
