"I'll get this printed and send it to you after." Grace said to everyone with a wide smile as she put the phone back into her pocket.

The girls boarded the boat and continued to chatter about the rest of their summer plans. EmmaLee explained that she was going to Tokyo next, but on the way, they were going to stop in San Francisco and meet an Ilvermorny boy she had met at summer camp to hang out for a day. Grace was going to spend the next month is Mexico with her mother's family and Alura would be mostly hanging out around New York, which she said was a real bummer without any of her friends.

Once on the train, EmmaLee and Grace finished their candy and the three girls finished their waters before dumping all of their trash in a trashcan. Grace flipped through her phone and showed the girls some of the other pictures she had taken when they weren't paying attention. She had taken pictures all along the trip. At the restaurant, on the first subway, at the tower, on the boat, at the statue, and so on.

Finally, at 4:50 the train pulled into the station near Ebbingdale's. Grace exclaimed that if they didn't hurry back to the department store, they were going to be late, and Alura laughed and seized Grace by the hand and took off. Grace laughed as well as grabbed EmmaLee's hand, who grabbed Kaya's hand, and the chain of girls rushed back to the store, as the large clock above the elevator's chimed the hour.

"It was wonderful to meet you and 'ang out with you, Kaya." EmmaLee said between panting breaths and her two friends nodded. "I 'ope to see you again soon, but we 'ave to go and meet our mothers." She said with a laugh.

The there girls each gave Kaya and excited hug good bye and took off towards the elevators.

"See you at school!" Alura called, turning around and waving as she ran over to the elevators.

Grace had reached the elevator first and pushed the call button, so just as Alura got there, the green doors slid open and the three girls headed inside, turning around and waving once more as the doors closed and Kaya vanished out of view.

As the three ascended to the women's clothes department, they chattered about their new friend and their adventure and then continued to do so all through the buying of new robes, dresses, and whatnot they needed for school. Their mothers laughed at their adventure and had them once again relay it to their fathers once they all met on the restaurant floor for dinner.

It was a wonderful end to the first part of the last part of EmmaLee's summer vacation and it made her even more excited for her trip to met Stephen in San Francisco. Maybe he could be friends with Kaya as well. It would be nice if all of her Ilvermorny friends were also friends. She could hardly wait two more days for their trip to San Francisco and Tokyo to start.
