Quite the drink

Interacting with @Justin Shin Date - 11/01/24 WC 279/200 Color Legend - Mylo | Thoughts Justin's exitement was palpable, it was not that often that Mylo came across people who were so exited to do research and he loved it. Although they had the feeling that Justin wouldn't always like to do research on other topics, the fact that he wanted to go and look at this with them already had Mylo feeling exited as well and really quite looking forward to it.
Listening to Justin talk about what he wanted to do if they found out how to enchant things to make them sentient made Mylo wonder about what magic could and couldn't do as the Ravenclaw came up with idea's that they would never have thought of.
Deciding to just listen to his rambling, or whatever you'd like to call it, he nodded along, listening intently to the idea's that where coming out of his mouth.
"I'm not sure you'd be able to do that, I think the trace would pick it up and you'd get into some serious trouble. But you could try." He added as Justin neared the end of his ideas.
He suggested meeting up after tea to go and do research, which was perfect. Mylo loved doing some last minute studying or looking around the library before going to bed.
"That sounds great, although I don't have anymore classes I need to do some study as well. Do we want to meet up in a specific spot? I quite like the study tables at the back, closest to the bookshelves, those tend to be the quietest." They added onto Justin's proposal looking forward to doing some study with what he hoped would become a good and long friendship.

Quite the drink
Justin playfully side-eyed Mylo. "How're you going to tell me that I might get in trouble and then tell me that I should try to do it? You're lowkey an instigator huh?" Justin chuckled. "Don't worry me too. I gotta stop. But instigating is so fun..."
Mylo then suggested a spot in the library. "Oh I know where you're talking about! I nap there when I don't want to study all the time. Those chairs are going to be so sad when I graduate," Justin chuckled.
Then the boy lightly slammed both his hands on the Ravenclaw table. "Alright. I should head out."
The boy reached over and grabbed Mylo's right hand as he began workshopping a handshake.
He slapped Mylo's hand twice and then saluted with the same hand. "Remember that. That's ours," Justin grinned.
Justin checked the time. "Oh... I have three minutes... to get to the other side of the school," Justin began laughing out loud. He quickly closed his homemade encyclopedia and threw it inside his bag.
The boy then kneeled down on the ground like racers do in the Olympics.
"I'll see you at that spot later then, Mylo," Justin winked.
"Three... two... one... GO!" The Ravenclaw boy yelled as he sprinted out the Great Hall with immense speed.

Interacting with @Justin Shin Date - 11/01/24 WC 385/200 Color Legend - Mylo | Thoughts He wasn't trying to be an instigator, but apparently the words hadn't quite left their mouth right. They wouldn't encourage people to get into trouble, especially with the ministry of magic as he had heard stories of people going to jail for doing magic underage and without permission. So the fact that they had accidentally encouraged Justin to literally do a crime didn't sit right with Mylo.
"Uhm, I meant at school. You could get into serious trouble if you did underage magic outside of school." He said, hoping that Justin wouldn't actually do something that insane. It didn't really surprise him though that the boy liked to instigate things, seemingly the person to enjoy a bit of drama.
"You've still got a few years before that happens, and maybe they'll have to replace the chairs by then." He noted, having seen a chair that looked like it was going to fall apart. "Although I suppose they'd use magic to make sure the chairs are in good condition and that they don't actually have to replace them. The wonders of magic." Mylo mused, realising that they probably just hadn't mended that chair yet, and that they wouldn't buy new stuff if they could just repair the old stuff.
As Justin started to get up he grabbed Mylo's hand and started to do a handshake, it wasn't something that he had done with someone before and although the abrupt initial contact shocked them he paid close attention to try and memorise it so that they could do it when the two next met.
"I'm not sure you can get to the other side in 3 minutes, unless you used some kind of magic of course, but still. I hope you get there on time." He noted as the boy took on a sprinting position. Mylo really hoped he wouldn't get himself detention as they were actually looking forward to doing research on the hat.
"I'll see you there." He said as Justin left the hall with some pretty good speed, at least a lot faster than Mylo would be able to go.
Drinking the last bit of their drink he picked up their pencil again and went back to drawing the great hall, hoping to finish it before they would go to meet up with Justin.
