Kyle startled awake with a slight ‘Agh!’ And fell out of his bed. With a groan he pushes himself to his feet and looks out the window and sees that...he slept past breakfast. Great. He would grumble to himself as he grabs his cloths and gets dressed, as usual he doenst tuck in his shirt and he only loosely ties his tie. And today he decided the robe wasn’t needed so he left it behind. Before he left he walks into the wash room and sees his hair looks a mess. He contemplates a comb but just shrugs and ruffles it a bit with his fingers and decides to just go with the ‘intentionally messy look’
He steps out into the hall and shoots another gryffindor finger guns and makes odd faces at a few people from other houses. There was a particular hufflepuff he kept an eye out for but either they were hiding from him or they actually were eaten by a giant squid. He chuckles to himself as he thinks about it. And then...there it was.
The Library
Kyle shuddered before he finally stepped inside. He was curious if Kay and her strays...er, friends were here yet. He would look around the place before he found a chair and pulled it out and sat heavily. He leaned back and put a single foot on the edge of the table to balance as he waited for the rest of the people to show up. Part of him contemplated getting a book but that part was quickly mocked by the rest of him.

Kaylee pushed open the oversized doors to the library, and breathed in the musty air. She strode to the center, where all the tables were scattered. She scanned the area for Kyle but found nothing. Kaylee was about to turn around when she saw something.
The Restricted Section.
Kaylee itched to go in, but she had to try all measures before delving into the more dangerous possibilities of expulsion. That was the last option on the list, and Kaylee was NOT getting expelled. Kaylee turned to find her friends, and went to the smaller reading section. It was much more cramped, so no one ever went there. The perfect, secret discussion spot. There, with his feet on the table and leaning back slightly, was Kyle.
“Here before me? Unheard of,”, Kaylee grinned cheekily.
His hair was flat and disheveled, and his eyes were slightly closed, as if he had just woken up. He still had a playful spark in his eyes, and Kaylee turned away. Stop LOOKING at him! You don’t like Gryffindors! Kaylee scolded herself but felt the corner of her mouth raise.
“They should be here momentarily, I’d think. In the mean time, how are you?”, Kaylee inquired.

I walked into the library. Kaylee had wanted us to meet someone.
huh? I wonder who it is?
I pushed open the big heavy doors of the library and walked inside. The sent of cinnamon and old parchment filled my nose. It reminded me of my fathers study at home. I would spend hours reading in there. Then he would come find me, and we go outside and play.
Ah. When things were easy.
I smiled at the memory. I looked around the library searching for Kaylee. I checked in her normal place by the mystery novels and books but she wasn’t there. I check at the study tables where we talked and met Lucian. I even looked by the kids section, but Kaylee was no where to be found. I finally found her, I was about to walk up to her when I saw someone else with her. It was a bit not wearing his robe, but his tie gave away the fact that he was in Gryffindor.
Wow! Kaylee made a friend in Gryffindor! Nice job!
I looked closer. I realized something.
Huh, by the way she looks at him, I bet she wants to be more than friends. Ha.

“Hello! I take it you’re the guy Kaylee wanted us to meet? My names Maxwell! But you might know me as Max. Nice to meet you!”
I flashed a smile and stuck out my hand.

Kyle yawned as he leaned back in his chair. if the others didn't get here soon he was going to have start making a ruckus. Maybe if he was lucky he could get kicked out of the library then they would have to go somewhere more suitable his tastes. Then he saw her enter and he smiled as se headed over to the table. Uh smiled cause he didn't have to wait anymore...obviously.
"Unlike some layabout Ravenclaws I know, I take these kinds of things pretty seriously. And I'm doing great obviously. Have you met me? i'm always great" he gave her a sly wink and leaned forward, the legs of the chair hitting the ground kind of loud as they leveled out. Then he looked over to the other girl and he cocked an eyebrow and chuckled to himself "Max huh? I'm pretty sure I've seen you around the Common room. Gotta admit, I worried when Kay talked about her strays. Glad she keeps good company at least"
He leans on the table and looks at the two for a moment as if trying to figure out why the two of them were hanging out, but eventually just shrugs and looks around as he remembers there is supposed to be a third new person. the planning was going to have to wait most likely. "So Max. Got any embarrassing stories about the bird brain, sorry, Ravenclaw"

Kaylee snorted, “First of all, I’m perfect. I have nothing. Secondly, why do you want to know?”.
Kaylee was mostly telling the truth. Apart from the occasional slip in the hallway or wrong answer in class, there wasn’t anything to say. Kaylee thought about what she did before doing it, but with her words she wasn’t thinking. Not like she talked a whole lot in class or to people anyways.
“And for your information, I’m a Ravenclaw. No bird brain here Cowardly Lion. ”, Kaylee teased and threw a paper ball leftover from the table at his head.
Kaylee turned to Maxwell and glared at her to catch her attention.
She was doing the face. Kaylee raised an eyebrow and scowled, and Maxwell just grinned sheepishly.
“Lucian should be here soon, she said she would be a bit late.”, Kaylee reassured the impatient Kyle.
Kaylee tapped her foot to keep herself entertained and looked at Kyle.
Again.
Her face turned pink when he glanced at her and she pretended to be studying a book title behind him.
