You don’t listen,
And you never will.
But instead of fussing,
Just stand still.
Let me prove my point,
Before you disagree,
Because it might just be,
The real me you never see.
You never hear what I have to say,
Then you yell at me all day.
But perhaps if you would just listen
Our days wouldn’t have to go that way.
You wouldn't have to scream or yell,
Nope, none of that would swell.
Our days would be spent well,
And not like a spawn of hell.

Even when I’m surrounded.
I feel like I’m all alone,
And that leaves me profounded.
It’s as if everyone else was blown away,
And here I sit all alone,
And here I sit all day,
