It’s different for everyone, I actually got activated in a two hours after I signed up. I remember it said that it can be at the most a week before you got actually got activated, but I could be wrong. Maybe you can ask your friend how long has she signed up? If it’s a long time, then just bug maybe there’s other ways but since I’m only a member for a month, I can’t know too much about the site.

In life, you just have to break rules take risks and move on to the next step.

yup! her character name is Promise Gardner, I don't know, maybe it didn't make her account or somthin...

That name is not in our queue to be validated. I could help if I knew more details, but at first view the account was not created. Tell your friend to check her email, and when registering tell her to not forget the name/email and password used, that will be always her way to enter the site.
An account at the validation's queue will always be accessible to its creator, in case some edits are needed, the writer has always to be able to access it and edit it.
