For the potato peelings, how would you get the money worth from the peelings when sent to you?

I'm also probably overlooking something but Idk...

Go to your trunk. Click on your profile image in the upper right corner of the screen, and click on Trunk. The potato peelings are listed under "Ingredients." Sell the potato peelings to get the money.
