Lads, can you only learn spells in class?

My oc's father an auror, so like, wouldn't he already know some spells from hid dad ,small ones if i come up with a nice rp, like even hermione knew some before 1st year on the train

Pratt -- An alternative option is prodigal learner for a specific subject which is used to reflect the efforts some players may make IC to learn spells or additional resources that they might employ to learn spells sooner. This requires the use of the user's ability slot of a year and then they would write an RP about where/how they learned this spell.
There is something about ambition, how it not only propels you but also defines you.
