Charms Class
Andy peeked through the door leading to charms class, worrying if he is late or not. Andy didn't hear quills scratching or spells being practiced. Only chatters of the Ravenclaws and Hufflepuffs. Before class started Andy sat on a bench next to the class entrance. It is hard to read a good book in a noisy classroom. Andy read about the game: Gobstones and the rules. The player, if they lose, get sprayed with a marble. Andy doesn't really like games and fun. A good book for Andy is the best way to regain energy. Now, when Andy finished his 50th page he realized that all the people including him, came a hour early to talk. Andy had half a hour to read, then go to class. After that half and hour, Andy took out his text books and put his wand at the ready in his hand. At the start of class, Andy took notes on spells and incantations. Some wand movements where so difficult, he couldn't even draw them in his text book. Andy and the class where reading about varieties of spells, and who made them and why. Andy also read about what year the spells where made at as the clock ticked by. Then Andy heard the bell. It was time for lunch, then, potions class.

Sam Thorne, a 1st year boy with a tall, muscular build, looked up from his textbook. Another class done, Sam thought, scooping his book and wand and other class necessaries into a small leather satchel he carried. He then stood up, his satchel at his side, and began to walk out of the classroom.
Sam was a bit strange. He didn't talk much, but that was only because he was always too busy thinking, he was always thinking. Daydreaming and such. His mind was very analytical, and he known to be smart, for a Gryffindor. He sometimes wonders why he was placed in Gryffindor. He is quite tall and muscular, with white skin, light freckles, and shortish brown hair. His eyes are a brown color.
While walking out of class, Sam noticed this boy, Andy...or he was pretty sure was his name. Yeah, Andy. Sam took notice of him during the Sorting Ceremony, and he noticed him since. Sam began to watch Andy, his mind turning...taking in details of his appearance and such. None of Sam's friends was in this class, so he decided...maybe this is his chance to make one.
Sam casually sauntered up to Andy and tapped on his shoulder.
"Hello, my name is Sam Thorne. Andy, right?" Sam asked, smiling politely.

"Yes... why? Said Andy keeping his distance from the boy. He scooped out his books as he looked at the boy's eyes. "Well... I don't know you so have a nice class. Bye." Ha said turning away from the boy. Then he stopped when he was out of the classroom. "Is this guy a fraud... there is no way... does he really want to be a loser's friend? Andy walked in the class again and told the boy why he was talking to him. "So, you want to be friends?" Said Andy slowly. "But... I- I never had anyone but a Girl talk to me... they think I am a Simp... You Really want to?" Andy stammered and gasped. He really never had a lot of friends. He picked out a book and started reading, he forgot the boy was their. "Well if you want to do something together, owl me or tell me in person.... I like the first option better, If you don't mind. Nice muscles by the way. Do you work out? Are you a First year too... Like me? Andy quickly said "Bye" and ran out of sight. He was happy he had a friend that was not a girl.
