Dear Diary,
I ran in eyes filled to the brim with tears. Falling to the floor, words flooded my mind waiting to be told. I grabbed my Diary. Still the sound of laughter, embarrassment, yelling, and whispering screamed at me turning into a headache. My breathing was heavy and fast pace. My eyes blurred as the tears ran down my pink-toned cheeks, and with every blink, came another tear drop. A group of students walked past. My head lowered looking for the floor. I pressed my palms against my eyes, wiping away all evidence. My fingers traced over the embossed cover of the many truth led pages, feeling the texture—the promise of release.
Dear Diary,
We went from best friends to strangers. I thought she was my friend! But obviously not. She just had to fit into the stereotypical Slytherin student. Didn't she? I put all my trust in her. I lost, didn't I? Eyes never lie. She walked out on me, and that's all there is to it. She doesn't need to apologise, I already forgave her. Life isn't easy, I just wished she didn't take the easy route. We aren't friends, nor enemies. Just strangers with memories. Her secrets will never leave my mouth, I promise.
