The day was cold and long. It felt like it had been forever since breakfast. I have nothing to do. Stranded alone, bored and tired. Doing nothing is the most tiring thing ever. After some time, I decide to get up and wander around the halls. As I walked, I looked around, examining every crease and nook of the castle. It was the most interesting thing I had done today, though nothing was interesting nor exciting. It had been about half an hour, spent just walking around. I noticed in the side of my eye, a small piece of parchment lying freely on the floor. Without thinking I pick it up, inspecting the edges and corners. I flip the paper over to see my brothers name on it. If I say I thought twice about not reading further and just giving it to my brother, I would be lying. I read further along.

The parchment was the paper my brother and his friend must have passed to each other in class! I feel my cheeks blush turning bright pink. I run back, retracing my steps.
