A blast to the past

on his first day at Hogwarts, he was walking around the hall when he came upon a classroom that looked to be empty his anxiety was at an all-time high and he felt like sneaking away from the chaos for a bit when he entered the classroom he noticed there was so much information about the history of Magic he liked to know about the history of different subjects as he came upon a desk that he noticed had a book on top of it he thought it was just a regular desk and a student had forgotten their book but what he didn't know was that it was the desk of the professor intrigued by the sight of a new book he had never seen before he thought to himself it wouldn't hurt anyone if I sat here and read. he wanted to get his anxiety down and reading did that for him he took a seat at the desk and opened the book he started to flip through the pages of the books his eyes scanning the pages taking in every word that was on the pages and felt in awe about the different events that happened that he was unaware of until that very moment.
