A Flying Accident
Luna was amused by all Emile’s questions. “I guess I am intrigued by dark arts, though I wouldn’t use them. Cellular Telephone? Oh, you mean a cell phone. Well a cell phone is portable, I have one, but it doesn’t work at Hogwarts, and telephones aren’t portable. iPhones are like rectangular, I’m sure you’ve seen one around before, right?” She asked. She was glad Emile was interested in muggle life. “Anything else you want to know?” She asked him. She would be glad to answer his questions, not many people here at Hogwarts seemed interested in anything other than magic.
She was glad Emile thought she would be good at either profession, even though she had only met him ten minutes earlier or something. He was very friendly, and she was pretty awkward, so it was good she was talking. Anyway, his curiosity was interesting, and she guessed he must really enjoy muggle studies, he didn’t seem to know much about the muggle world. He must have lived in a community of wizards, though he guessed he knew some things. It was hard to function without knowing some simple stuff, like... well she wasn’t really sure. Most of the stuff was probably done with magic, after all, why not? If she could do magic, she could use it to her advantage.

A Flying Accident
"Dark arts is definitely interesting. Though a bit scary, don't you think?" He pondered. It could be good and bad that the students at Hogwarts learned about it. The bad..they could use their knowledge to go against defense against the Dark Arts and use it for bad purposes, which obviously had happened before in Hogwarts history. On the other hand, it was good they knew how to combat that if it were to happen by going to this class. He wrote this down in his notebook as well.
Emile nodded eagerly, writing every single thing he heard down. "A cell phone.." That must be the appreciation of cellular telephone. That made sense. "An iPhone?" Emile asked, his face looking very confused. A phone for I? Maybe these phones were personally made for every person that wanted it. Could companies do that quickly? Maybe it was made for a certain group of people. He scribbled down those ideas in his notebook too, then looked back up at Luna. "I have a ton of questions, to say the least. For one, how do you use the subway? And...what's an Uber? Is it like something you ride around in? I heard some other students talking about how they were able to Uber to the station on the first day here." He pronounced Uber as Oooo-ber.
Emile wondered if Luna had grown up with magic as well. Obviously he hadn't figured out her entire backstory in the short time they had been talking, but he was still interested. He appreciated that she didn't mind his curiosity, something that usually annoyed others. He's been told he needs to stop asking questions and just be satisfied with what he knows too many times to count. Mostly by his grandparents, even though he does love them dearly.
