My new furry friend
Amanda opened the door to the Menagerie to find herself someone she could call a friend as she walked inside she was greeted by the sounds of many different animals and she felt extremely excited hoping to find the perfect friend for her she started to walk around marveling at all the different animals that were there some many animals there she didn't know which one she was going to choose. She walked around the shop, stopping at each animal there was there at the Menagerie. Suddenly, she came upon a cat red in color, and she stopped at it.
"You're a cutie, aren't you?" she started to pet the cat smiling at it.
She spent a while petting the cat and then She started to have the feeling that this had to be the perfect pet for her and was really wanting it she got up and walked around the store looking for the owner to see if it was available. She walked up to the counter where the owner stood.
"Excuse me, sir," she said
"What can I do for you, young miss?" he asked in a helpful tone and a glint of happiness in his ocean blue eyes.
"I was wondering if the cat over there was available for me to get," she said hope in her heart, and you could even see it in her eyes.
"Aww him he's such a beautiful cat and sweet too. yes, he is available for adoption, young miss, " he said
"Would it be possible it I were to take him home with me? I'll take good care of him, " she asked, looking at him
"Yes, young miss, you can adopt him. Fill out these papers for me. Please miss," he said, handing her the papers.
"ok, sir," she said, taking the papers from his hands.
"When you finish filling out the paperwork, meet me upfront," he said, then he left to get the cat ready to go to his new home
She sat down and started fill out the paperwork she sat there for a moment about what she was going to name him then it came to her and she wrote it down she then filled out the rest of the paperwork excited she was about to have her very own pet. She stood up and walked to the front with the papers in her hand. The owner met her at the front, and she handed him the now filled out paperwork.
"looks good," he said as he rang up the cat, and she gave him the money she took the cat in her arms and left the store happy that he was now hers.
