Yes, you have to wait to get your iNPC until iNPC applications open again. Also, if your deactivated character was Y2 or above, you will have to wait until Kiera is Y2 too.

Ok thanks. My deactivated char was year 1, so that means as soon as they open up I can get her back?

I believe there is a certain procedure to do this, you'd have to contact a staff member and ask for details! But yes, as soon as iNPC applications open up again, you can contact a staff member and ask!

yep! add as much or as little you want to your ency. The only things you need to have when indexed, are your basics and trunk. Everything else can be added, before or after registration.
