The Train Ride
Daphne Crowley was standing in the door way of the train, she was nervous. She stood there as a few ppl passed by her going into the booths. Daphne finally made herself move and was walking to Find an empty booth. She found one some where towards the back of the train. Shelooked around in the door way "This is a little cozy spot.." she mumbled to herself.
Daphne stepped inside, closing the door behind her. She opened the top compartment above the left side at the end and struggled to slide he bag into the tall compartment. She stood on her tip toes and pushed with the very tip of her fingers, make the case fall back towards her as she dodged it. "Dang it.." she mumbled. Shepicked the case back up and tried again this time using her wand and a book to push the case into the compartment.
Daphne stood there fairly proud of herself for finally doing something on her own. Her grandma would always takeover if Daphne didn't get something on the first try. She giggled to herself as she was thinking of some memories with her grandmother. "She always had to help." She said to herself wile smiling.
Daphne rummaged through her booking and pulled out her note book. She jotted down a couple of things to complete earlier in the day, including all he stuff she needed to get to got to hogwarts. She started checking things off her list. Daphne mumbled the thing she was checking off. Once she was done she put the notebook back, and grabbed her book. She started to mumble read to herself, and she would look up everyone in a wile when she heard someone walk by. After a few pages into the book she quit paying attention to the outside world and payed attention to he words in her book.

The Train Ride
After her very determined walk through the wall of 9 and 3/4 Seraphina wandered aimlessly among the sea of people. She spent some time admiring the huge train and getting surprised by the amounts of people wandering about in robes. All of them were wizards!! Or soon to be, anyway, she supposed... Most of them ought to be Hogwarts students.
But most of them looked less confused than she was feeling. Most of the eldest students moved about in groups. The youngest were accompanied by family. Something in her wondered if she would make it back if she tried to cross to her family at Kings Cross station... She missed them already.
She shaked her head. This was no time for cowardice! The world awaited her. So she entered the train and started looking into the compartment doors, looking for some place to sit.
She roamed for a long time (maybe it was only for a minute, but she was way to nervous), but at least she found something even better than and empty one. In front of her was a compartment with a single student, in plane black robes. No crest, no badges or scarfs... That meant No House!! A first year.
She called on the door -she banged on it, she was so enthusiastic- and barely wait for a response. She entered and too soon she let out all the content of her mind at once:
"Hello! I'm Seraphina! Can I join you? What's your name? Are you new too? What are you reading!?"
