Experience with Mystical Creatures: Mother is an ex-magizoologist. River grew up surrounded by various magical creatures that live on their family's estate. Her favourites are occamies and nifflers, as well as dragons (they do not keep dragons at the estate). She has also studied Norse creatures in her free time due to her Norwegian heritage. River aspires to work as either a magizoologist or a dragon tamer after graduating from Hogwarts.
