The Broken Idea January, Monday Time 16.10
CLAASH! A jar fell to the ground as he'd clumsily tried to take two pots in his arms, trying to tidy up after himself inside the classroom. It wasn't long ago since the class had ended, and the teacher and the students had already left the greenhouse; a few moments ago, Benjamin was sitting writing his notes about today's lesson in his notebook; suddenly, he got the urge to tidy up a bit after himself, which didn't go very well. ''Merlin's beard, those pots were heavier than I thought,'' He looked down at the two broken jars and the soil around them as he stood there thinking about what he could do; a light went up inside his brain; maybe he could find soil and plants around the school ground. Getting supplies for Herbology class might make him seem more invested in this class than Benjamin really was; at the moment, all Benjamin was thinking about was earning enough House Points to get noticed by the other Ravenclaw students. He decided he wanted to act on that thought; now Benjamin just had to figure out where he would find soil and plants, but that thought could wait a bit; he was not out of the greenhouses yet. It didn't long for him to pack up his stuff inside his shoulder backpack before he was up, standing with a tiny pot and a small shovel in his arms. ''Let's try the grounds; what's the worst that could happen there? It seems way safer and less scary than the Forbidden Forest, that's for sure.'' Benjamin chuckled as he spoke to himself while making his way out of the greenhouse.

When class was over, Tracey packed up and left the greenhouse like everyone else. While walking back to the castle, she realized that she had forgotten something inside of the greenhouse, so she turned around and made her way back to the greenhouse that she was in during class. When she walked into the greenhouse, she stopped, she saw her fellow Ravenclaw, Benjamin. She hadn't really interacted with him before, but she has seen him around before. She looked down at the floor and saw two broken vases and dirt on the floor.
"O-oh dear. U-uh, d'you ne-need any help cleaning it up? O-or perhaps looking for new plants to grow so you don't get into any tro-trouble?" Tracey asks.
Tracey didn't want any points to be deducted from Ravenclaw, since she wants her house to win the house cup. Tracey also didn't want Benjamin to get into trouble, so she decided to help the boy in hope that no one would notice what had happened, but if someone did notice, she just hopped that she wouldn't get into any trouble. Tracey didn't want Benjamin to be the only one in trouble either. While waiting for a reply from the boy, Tracey decided to get the thing that she had forgotten. She went over to where she was working and took her notebook and put it into her bag.

The Broken Idea
Elisa was just walking out of the Greenhouse after yet another fun Herbology class when she heard a CLAASH!, It was loud enough to catch anyone off guard but no one seemed to notice the sound, Elisa herself didn't wish to go inside and be a part of some tragedy waiting inside the greenhouse but a voice in her said to go, After a moment of arguing with that voice, She finally decided to sneak into the Greenhouse since her curiosity got over her.
As she entered the Greenhouse, she was greeted by two Ravenclaw students, they both weren't facing her but were looking at two broken pots, the two Ravenclaws weren't even trying to clean the mess they had made which pissed Elisa off a bit since she loved plants and Herbology, she couldn't just let those two poor plants die, the two broken pots were the main thing that stabbed her Herbology loving heart, She'd rather see some dead animal except for a snake and spider than a broken pot, As she got more sight of the accident, the young girl finally spoke up "What the Bloody He- I mean what the heck is happening here? If you both wished to break something then go break something other than plants, they are living creatures too"
As she said that, Elisa put on a shocked yet annoyed face to cover the fact that she had just tried to say an offensive word, she really had to stop using the word 'Bloody hell' if she wished to not get in trouble for it, after some moments of mentally cursing herself, she then looked at the two Ravenclaws, one was a panicked girl while the other looked perfectly chill about it, Elisa finally sighed
"Do you both need help? I am pretty good in Herbology" she said while slowly kneeling down to have a better look at the broken pot, It looked like the plants could live if saved fast,
She slowly picks up the broken jar pieces and looks at the other two "Do you both plan to stay there and do nothing or help? Could one of you get soil, it right over there in that sack over there and could another one of you bring two of those pots, make sure they have draining holes and don't break them too" she said while picking up the broken jar pieces, some of them were sharp but not she minded it, Elisa picked them from one hand and kept on dumping them into the other, some parts of her hand did start bleeding but it was neither visible properly nor did it matter to her.

The Broken Idea January, Monday Time 16.13, @Tracey Bailey @Elisa Shakestra
He was leaving the Herbology class with a tiny shovel in one arm and a small shovel. He didn't have another thought on his mind other than his new mission: to impress the Herbology teacher for his mistakes in this week's lessons, which was about to become a weekly occurrence. Benjamin wasn't something who gave up; even when he made mistakes, he wanted to at least try to impress his teacher at least once or twice this year. Benjamin thought it would be better to fix the mess he'd made in the greenhouse after getting soil for the Professor from the grounds at Hogwarts. He was worried that she would run out, as Benjamin had broken two pots already full of soil. As he was about to leave the greenhouse, he heard a sudden voice from behind him, and his entire body jumped as Benjamin thought he was the only one in the classroom. ''Woah!'' he yelled as he almost dropped the small pot in his arm, which would be horrible; he turned around and started at the Ravenclaw girl with an expression of nervousness and embarrassment from his actions, as she was a Ravenclaw student like himself.
''Where did you come from?'' He replied quickly, avoiding discussing the mess he'd just made on the greenhouse floor. He walked towards the potting tables and decided to put down the pot and the small shovel in his arms. Benjamin didn't want to seem rude or unfriendly. He was, after all, the last of the Mason brothers to go to Hogwarts, and he didn't want to act weirdly around his classmates either. He looked down at the two broken pots and then up at the Ravenclaw girl, trying to express that he would clean up the mess he'd just made. ''So uhm..I can explain, I uhm...I had a plan, but plans fail sometimes. And apparently, pots break quite easily.'' Benjamin answered the Ravenclaw girl cheerfully, moving his arms around and expressing himself. Then he paced around the pots, thinking about how he'd gotten into this situation. Suddenly, her last words made sense inside his head, and he looked up at her with a pretty cheerful face. ''Don't worry, I never get into trouble. I-''
He jumped and started nervously towards the door, where there was now inside the greenhouse with them. It was the Slytherin student who had been in his Herbology class as well just now. ''Merlin's beard, this isn't my day, but I'm a bit impressed by how loud that clash was,'' he mumbled to himself, hoping the Slytherin girl didn't hear him. Benjamin started at the pots and up at the Slytherin girl ''I swear it wasn't my fault; I wholeheartedly blame the pots and their weight.'' He proclaimed not apologizing for his mistake; Benjamin never wanted to admit when he was in the wrong. Shortly after, he moved a few steps to the side to cover up his attempt, which showed that he was about to leave with one pot and a small shovel.
''I- No, I'm sure we got it,'' he said, still obviously not sounding particularly truthful, as he stared at the Ravenclaw girl and then the Ravenclaw girl. Benjamin looked at her in confusion as the Slytherin girl started explaining what they should do in this situation. He had already had enough of Herbology today, and now she explained that he had to do more. Benjamin stood for a moment, thinking about an excuse; after a short while, it came to him. ''So uhmmm..I have somewhere to be, actually, '' he said after the words came out of his mouth. He realized he sounded like the biggest liar ever right now as he tried to avoid looking at Slytherin girl who was now trying to fix his mistake.

While waiting for a reply from Benjamin, Tracey noticed that she had scared the boy when she had spoken causing him to almost drop a smaller pot that he was holding. She mentally facepalmed for not realizing that she could've made the mess even worse. She then heard him speak and waited for him to finish before saying,
"O-oh, I came from outside. I for-forgot something so I came back to get it. Pl-plans don't always go how one expects them to go, and of co-course pots break easily! I-it's ok if you get into trouble! I-I don't think anyone would mind,"
Tracey then saw another student walk into the greenhouse and she began to panic. She really didn't want this to get worse, hopefully the Slytherin girl was nice. Tracey then heard what the girl said and she wasn't sure how to reply to do, when she heard Benjamin's reply, she finally said,
"I-I did-didn't do anything! I had forgotten something and de-decided to come back and get it, the-then I saw the mess on the floor,"
Tracey was only speaking the truth. She knew that she should've done something when she had first saw the mess, but she noticed that Benjamin was about to leave and she didn't want to clean up the mess all by herself. But now she decided to do something. She walked over to where two pots were and she made sure that the bottoms had holes for draining water. She brought them over to the table and went to go get the bag of soil before hearing Benjamin speak again. Tracey sighed and mentally facepalmed again.
"I-I got the pots. U-Uh, w-which bag of soil is it? The-there are quite a few," Tracey says to the Slytherin girl since she really wanted to help clean up the mess, and if she's gonna clean up the mess for Benjamin, then that's what she's gonna do.

The Broken Idea
While picking up the broken pot pieces, she heard the boy say about how it wasn't his mistake and how they could handle it themselves, Elisa would have believed the boys lies, if she hadn't seen his face which held no regret for the damage he caused, she even heard him mumble about how he was impressed by the noise a couple of moments ago, After a while of listening to his stupid lies, the blonde girl finally spoke up "Stop those stupid lies that keep on spitting out of your mouth, How is it the pot's mistake when it was you who decided to take it with you without asking anyone's help? And you are leaving nowhere, I bet it is nothing important like some date or something to rush out anyway, Now zip that mouth and bring some soil from that green bag over there"
She then continued to pick up the broken pieces of the pot when suddenly one of the pieces pierced deep into the skin of her hand "Aaah, Fuck!" she said as she looked at the huge cut on her hand, a river of blood was oozing out of it, She slowly stood up and went through her bag and took out a piece of cloth, She then tightly tied her hand with the white piece of cloth, The cloth was enough to stop blood from leaving but it did have stains of red blood on it which would scare anyone in first glance but not as Elisa cared about what others thought since she just wanted the blood to stop flowing out, she didn't mind the pain, It wasn't her first time getting wounded by some broken pots,
As she yet again continued to clean the mess, she heard the girl say "I-I got the pots. U-Uh, w-which bag of soil is it? The-there are quite a few,", Elisa looked at the girl and said "Now that you have gotten the pot, its okay just stay here for a minute until I just clear this mess and about the soil, he will bring it after all neither was it you nor me who did this Masterpiece" her voice was filled with sarcasm during the end when she spoke about the boy, he had pushed all of her temper buttons, especially after trying to leave from trouble when he was the one who created it.

| ⠀ | It was Monday, January 12th, 2024, around 4PM after classes were over for the afternoon. He'd changed out of his Gryffindor robes and into a pair of black pants and a matching tank top, along with his usual black leather jacket he'd been sporting for a few months now. If it wasn't snowing out, Kim could be seen wearing the black leather jacket. Otherwise, he usually tended to wear the black button-up coat, which was a little warmer. Of course, sometimes the weather could also get colder, in which case he'd opt for a black poofy winter coat which always kept him warm. He had quite a closet. Today was like any other day for him, nothing special was going on and he didn't think anything would break him out of this monotony. There were no clubs he needed to get to this afternoon, which meant he could spend the time before dinner on homework. Maybe he'd start his homework inside the greenhouse this time. Kim always paid a visit to the greenhouses once a day without fail, as he considered it to be his sanctuary. He went there to take care of the plants and just enjoy 'fake' nature at its finest inside the humid atmosphere. Many people disliked staying there for long periods of time. Mostly due to the temperature. But for some reason, it had never bothered Kim much. Maybe it was because he'd always loved plants and green-life. Grabbing his satchel, the fourteen year old slung it over one shoulder and headed off to the greenhouses. He entered Greenhouse One because it was the safest to be inside on a regular basis. Even though he was a 3rd year and could enter Greenhouse One, Two and Three, the danger increased with each level. Greenhouse One was for first years, which in turn meant it was the safest to spend the longest amount of time inside. Kim also had a soft spot for 1. By the time Kim had come to Greenhouse One, the last class of the day inside the place was over. Therefore, no one should still be inside. However, when he entered the place, Kim came face-to-face with three people there. One boy and two girls. They all seemed to be first years and were in the midst of doing something together. The boy and one of the girls appeared nervous for some reason. The other girl seemed normal to him at first glance. Kim's blue eyes swept across the area, spotting a few pieces of broken pot and a lot of dirt on the ground floor. Ah, so that was it. He already knew the issue. One of them must have broken a pot and the others were helping to clean it up before anyone found out. He watched the 3 for a moment and raised a brow at them. Why were they trying to clean everything up by hand instead of using a spell to get rid of the majority of it? Once the 3 became aware of his presence, Kim stepped into the greenhouse, closing the door behind him. A sigh escaped his lips and he waved at them. "Move aside." The fourteen year old told them. "Scourgify!" Kim incanted, raising his wand to cast the spell at the targeted area. Immediately, what remained of the dirt on the ground disappeared and the floor was clean again. Well, as clean as a greenhouse could be. Once that was taken care of, Kim looked back over at the trio. "Be more careful next time. Do you still have all the pieces of the broken pot?" They better not have thrown them away, it was an easy fix to repair a broken pot. "You can use the Mending Charm to fix it and put it back together again. Just make sure the plants that used to be in it are still fine and replant it in the pot." Kim told them. He glanced over at the Slytherin girl (I'm assuming they are all wearing their school robes?) who seemed to know what she was doing, and nodded at her. "She seems to be on the right track. You can use the extra soil there to repot it." Kim paused for a moment. Did these first years even know the Mending Charm? "You know how to use the Mending Charm, right?" Kim asked, wanting to make sure. | ⠀ |
Reducio
I just realized Elisa and Kim have met before. At the lunch table with Draven, which took place back in December. Therefore, since I don't want to edit my post and redo sections at the moment, I'm going to just say that since Kim is in a chaotic state of mind, he doesn't recognize her at the moment. But in my next post, he will recognize her.
You can have Elisa recognize him immediately if you want or not, it's up to you!

BENJAMIN x♜xM ASON
The Broken Idea January, Monday Time 16.25, @Tracey Bailey @Elisa Shakestra @Kim SatoBenjamin was unsure about the girl who entered the greenhouse first, but he found her to be amicable and supportive for the time being. She wore robes like his own, indicating she was also a Ravenclaw. Benjamin paid attention as she introduced herself because he disliked being caught making errors, especially in the class he was worst in. ''Oh..... Of course, that makes sense; I don't think I mind, and I'd rather not get in trouble. I've already made plenty of mistakes in potions class,'' Benjamin answered, pondering whether he sounded unsure or even too harsh to the girl and slightly regretting that he admitted to being bad at potions shortly after.
As he had answered the Ravenclaw girl, he looked down on the girl cleaning up the broken pieces from the ground; from the corner of his eye, he could see the Ravenclaw girl trying to do what the Slytherin girl had just said. So far, Benjamin was unsure whether or not he liked the Slytherin girl; until now, they had only argued, which was her fault, or so Benjamin thought until the Slytherin girl got up from the ground and completely destroyed his self-confidence by calling Benjamin out for lying which wasn't far from the truth. He didn't really know where to put his eyes as the nervousness spread through his entire body; he looked down a bit, trying to think about what Benjamin should answer, but as he thought and thought, the moment of defending himself had passed. After a few moments, he finally found the courage ''Merlin's beard, fine, okay, you win'' Benjamin said, finally slightly admitting that he was in the wrong, looking quite let down by his own words; for some reason, Benjamin had always had a hard time defending himself from others remarks, and it didn't help when he was getting yelled at.
After a few moments, he was on his way to the soil, as he had admitted defeat to the Slytherin girl, which wasn't particularly pleasing. It didn't take long for him to find a big bag full of soil; now, the question was whether he was strong enough to lift the entire thing himself. Benjamin grabbed the bag with both arms, almost like a hug, and tried to lift it with his tiny arms. He raised and lifted, but the bag didn't move by an inch, and he admitted defeat again, this time to the bag of soil. A few moments later, Benjamin heard something from the door behind him; it wasn't a voice Benjamin recognized.
He pondered over who on earth it could be as he turned around and saw a tall, older student. The student looked mysterious and somehow also quite remarkable. Benjamin's eyes lit up with excitement when he saw the more senior student cast a spell as he quickly approached where he'd dropped the pot from which the Slytherin girl was picking up the pieces. The soil disappeared, and Benjamin could barely contain his excitement. ''Blimey, how did you do that? Is that a hard spell? At what year did you learn it?'' Benjamin said with a voice full of eagerness to learn, looking up at the more senior students, who were much taller than himself. Benjamin gave the look of a small first-year boy with brown curly, slightly long hair and brown eyes; at the moment, his eyes looked full of excitement from how big they were right now. He nodded at the older student who had asked them a question and looked down at the Slytherin girl, who suddenly had a cloth around her hand; something must've happened while he was getting the soil for the pot that the Ravenclaw was collecting. Benjamin let everything around him go as it did and asked the Slytherin girl with a soft voice, while staring down at her hand with a cloth around it ''What happened?''

Tracey wasn't sure what to do, the Slytherin girl was cleaning up, and she had just gotten the pots. Tracey was about to get the soil, but decided not to, since she knew that Benjamin could indeed do something, since he was the one that did drop the pots, but she didn't want to say anything about it. She turned to Benjamin when she heard him speak. She then began thinking about what her worst class was before saying,
"I-it's ok. W-we all make mistakes, and I also sometimes make mistakes in Potions, b-but my worst class is probably History of Magic. I-I dunno why, I-I just get bad grades in that class,"
Tracey then looked down at the Slytherin girl who was still cleaning, she wanted to do more to help, but she didn't know if she should or not. She then heard the girl say that Benjamin was a liar, and Tracey wasn't sure if it was true or not, but again, she didn't want to say anything, so she stayed quiet. But, her question was answered when Benjamin spoke again. Tracey again didn't say anything, and just watched Benjamin go to get the soil, but saw him struggling so she asked,
"D'you need a-any help?"
As soon as she had asked that, she heard a voice and turned around to see a taller boy, who was definitely older than all three of them. She then saw him use a spell and Tracey was amazed. Tracey was about to ask something, but then she heard Benjamin say something along the lines that she was going to say and then she finally said,
"Y-yes, I-I know the Mending Charm. I-I have-haven't used it yet tho,"
Tracey then looked at the Slytherin girl and saw her wrapping a cloth around her hand. Tracey got concerned and slightly made her way over to the Slytherin girl. She looked at the cloth and saw it covered with blood and realized that the Slytherin girl had cut herself.
"O-oh no! A-are you ok? May-maybe you should go to the hospital wing to get it fixed up. I-it won't be good if it gets infected," Tracey says trying to remember what her mother had told her about cuts.

The Broken Idea
The last thing, Elisa wanted was to argue more with the boy but it seemed like her previous words were enough to shut his mouth, as he walked towards the sack of soil, as Elisa continued to pick up the broken pieces of the pot, she felt someone standing behind her, but her suspiciousness was answered when she heard someone say"Move aside." , it was a clear voice that belonged to a male, something about the voice seemed familiar, and this caused the previously annoyed Elisa to flip her head to get a better look at the speaker, it was Kim, a third-year boy, whom she had at first met in December and was also one of the guys in the herbology club, "K-Kim, Hey" muttered out of her mouth as she moved aside, Elisa just hoped that the just arrived third-year boy wasn't going to misunderstand the situation,
A spell had been cast by Kim which instantly cleaned the mess caused by the Ravenclaw boy, Elisa slowly stood up while holding the broken pieces of the pot in her hands while groaning a bit due to her previously wounded hand, that was when she realized that the hand she had hurt from carelessness was none other than her wand hand, As the young girl mentally cursed herself for even going near the sharp pieces of the pot, When she heard Kim ask about the broken pieces of the pot, "I have it, here", she exclaimed while showing the broken pieces of pot in her hand as she slowly placed them on a table,
She then yet again heard Kim ask if any of them knew the Mending Charm, to Elisa awkwardly showed her injured hand to the boy and muttered "My wand hand is not in the best condition right now" but thankfully she heard the Ravenclaw girl say of how she knew the spell while the boy remained silent like he was innocent and was pulled into this.
After a while the young Slytherin heard both the Ravenclaws ask her about her wound and one of them even advised her to go to the Hospital Wing, "It's just a cut, don't worry about infections, I have tied this properly and I have experience with cuts like this", she said but this time in a reassuring voice, Elisa didn't want anyone to worry about her for such small cuts, she had experienced worse wounds than this. She had even taken care of them herself, It was no big deal for her.
