Yes you could. You would have to have your first account deactivated first.

On Zachary Winslow's profile, it says that you can owl Ackerly Blackburn about 'duplicates account.'
What does this mean? Could you possibly have a second account?

A second account isn’t allowed but there is an option to deactivate your account to make another character.

If a user doesn't like their house is there anyway that a user can get their house changed?

The only way in which this is possible is to get your current account deactivated and make a new one. I would suggest owling Solomon Lear for help with that.

Hello! I was just wondering how you can earn house points while still not being able to do homework? I know you can vote on the top rp page, but how does it register that we have done that and get the points for it? (Sorry if this has already been answered, but I couldn't find it anywhere)
