There are some possible reasons then, if this one works.
- The person didn't tag you when their post was first up, but instead added it later on.
- The name is or was misspelled.
- The person didn't use the command to tag, but instead typed a manual '@'.
- They tag several people at once under one command instead of separately.
The world is in despair not because there are many bad people, but because there are many good people who do nothing.
