Minnie took a deep breath as she breathed in the wonderful air of night. She knew she wasn't supposed to be there, but she couldn't help it. The stars made her think of her brother, Jack. He's obsessed with stars and animals. He would love it here. I wish I could show him this tower. She thought a bit sadly. "Jack, I miss you." She said to the stars. They gave her a bit of comfort. I'm looking at the same stars from home in London. Maybe I'll bake a biscuit that shows what the stars feel and look like. She gave a small smile. I could show it to Jack in a letter. I miss home so much. She looked up at the stars. Please have Jack show up here. She wished. Then she heaved a deep sigh. That's not going to come true until next year when he can come here. Oh Jack, why can't we be twins? She missed his easy laugh and trouble making ways. She missed the twinkle in his eyes when he got an idea and his sweetness when with animals. She missed her brother so badly. And she also missed someone who no one knew she knew. I miss Theo too. He's so nice and kind. I wish he was here to cheer me up with some trinket or joke. He always knows how to make me laugh. And he's so cute too. She sighed a bit wistfully. He was my only other friend besides Perry. Then she looked at her watch and realized how late it was. I should be getting to bed before anyone finds me. But she didn't want to leave. That was when she heard the noise. Someone was behind her.

Habib walked up the stairs of the tower, his thoughts a jumble. It had been a long day, of classes and social interaction which he just wasn't in the mood for. All he needed was a good bit of night air and some alone time. No one should be out at this time. He thought. He opened the door and there was a person there, a girl it looked like. Short blonde hair and glasses What on earth is she wearing. It's an assault on the eyes. Honestly are all hufflepuffs allergic to good style. He sighed and thought of the best way to approach this. Should he say something, no... he didn't trust his words on a low filter day. He instead, sat on the edge pulled out a drooble and started to chew. He stared at the girl his eyebrows raised in an obvious Well hello. He stared down at the people of hogwarts, looking like ants from this vantage, it all seemed to faraway here, any thoughts just floated away into the stars. Habib glared up at the unfortunately starry night. He never liked stars, stars made him think of mother and anything that made him think of her was unwelcome. He held his gaze there practically wishing the stars would fall but nothing happened. He pulled on the moon part of his necklace ripped it off and threw it down Good fucking riddance. He thought. Was it rash most definitely did it spit on the grandparents who had treated him well. Absolutely but Habib didn't care, it felt good to watch the moon a symbol of all he hated fall down into the endless abyss. It felt like a constant weight on his shoulders was gone.

Minnie heaved a sigh of relief. It was just another student. But she was very suspicious of him. What's he doing here? Is he a prefect or something? She glanced strangely at him. Why does he look so mad? Does he even know I'm here? She started to worry again, but shut it down. Nope. Think positive. She decided to talk to the stranger. Wait. He looks older. Is he a...prefect? That thought stopped her cold in her tracks. What if he tells on me? I can't get detention! And what if I lose points for my house? People will hate me! And yet, she still walked toward him, too kind for her own good.

"Um...hello? Please don't turn me in. That is, if you're a prefect. If not...what are you doing here? No offense, but why do you seem so mad?" She asked the boy. "And what's your name?" She added as an afterthought. I shouldn't tell him my name. If he is a prefect, I don't want him to have a name for the face. That is, if I can get away in time. She nervously bit her lip and backed away a few steps. This was not going as planned.
