Okay, I know it's only February, but April 12 is coming fast and I feel like this club needs to celebrate and honor Day of Silence! Totally not the club leader, but just putting it out there...

I talked with my mother today. Our conversation:
Me: what would you say if I came out as lesbian, bisexual, or pansexual?
Her: I would be brokenhearted.
Me: why?
Her: mothers always want to see their grandkids.
Me: *explains bi and pan*
Her: but I'd prefer them sticking to one gender...
So... I'm probably not going to come out to her yet. At least she's not as homophobic as I thought.
