Ozias told Nick and Ash about the houses. There weren't lots of info, but before Nick knew even less. "Well, of course it sounds rather cool. But I'd really like to find out more about it."

"Mmm, thank you for this info, but I'd say I didn't got enough info to understand anything... Maybe, you, Ozias, have more info about everything? To be honest I'd like to know more about the wizarding world as I know nothing... What can you tell?.." Nick was interrupted by a woman entered their compartment. She was a witch who had sold Nick some food in the biginning of his jorney. "Do you want to buy some food here? I can sell you some very interesting sweets etc." the witch said. "I have no money. I have already spent them all when I was buying food from you." Nick answered to her.

Suddenly, he thought "Oh, I should ask about their trunks!". "Hey, what about your trunks? I see they're enormous and I have just a little bag... Why? Do we have the same items to buy? To be honest, I'm worrying about it all... " Nick was really worried. He couldn't imagine what to do if he had not bought all the necessary equipment!

Andrea was a muggle-born, just like the others or at least most of the others in the compartment. She had already said it to the others and she thought she had said it to Ozias too. She knew a little bit about Hogwarts and she knew what Ozias was talking about when he said houses. “I think I’m going to be either a Hufflepuff or Gryffindor.” she said after Ozias had explained what houses were to Nick and Ash. Andrea was brave and loyal like a Gryffindor and loving and kind like a Hufflepuff. She knew some of the characteristics, but she wasn’t to confident she would get it right so she chose to not say what she knew about it out loud. “What about you?” she asked looking at Ozias.

Before Ozias got the time to answer her the trolley lady came and asked if they wanted to buy anything. “Anything from the trolley?” she said looking at the five of them. Nick was the quickest one to answer. Andrea had a few magic money in her pocket so she could buy something if she wanted to. She didn’t know what the coins were called so she just called it magic money. Andrea’s family weren’t rich rich so she didn’t have a lot of money, but about enough to buy one sweet or a sandwich.

While Nick was talking to the lady with the trolley Andrea looked at all the sweets they had.
Chocolate frog? She looked at a blue and gold box really curious what they meant by chocolate frog. Was it really a frog of chocolate? “could I get a chocolate frog, please?” she said looking at the old lady behind the big trolley. “Of course.” the lady said with a smile. Andrea reached her arm over Ash so the lady could give the chocolate frog to her.

Ash Saying|Ash Thinking

Ash was concentrating on every word Ozias said about the houses. It was interesting.
Andrea said that she might be a Gryffindor or a Hufflepuff. Nick was asking Ozias if he knew more when a lady with an enormous trolley came there and asked them if they wanted anything. Ash didn't have much money, so she shook her head with a slight smile, while Andrea asked for a chocolate frog.
"Chocolate frog?"thought Ash. "Frogs for real?"

"These names are so cool,"said Ash, once Andrea was done taking the Chocolate frog from the lady with the trolley. "Griffin...Raven...um..."
"And quite hard to pronounce too..."thought Ash, unknowingly turning her brows into a very slight frown. For a moment, there was a weird silence, except for the muffled voices of kids in the other compartments and the sound of the train.
It was fun talking to them and Ash wanted to talk a lot, she never had so much fun talking to someone except for her elder brother. When no one spoke anything, she decided to break the silence.
"How did you guys find out you have magic in you? Um... what I mean is... have you ever experienced anything magical before receiving letters from Hogwarts?"

Ozias waited a few moments for each of their replies. None of them, seemingly except Ash, knew much else about the houses of the school.

"I think I'm either gonna be in Ravenclaw or Hufflepuff. That what my mother says, at least." Ozias responded to Ash's question.

"But for your question, Nick, I don't really know much else about this new, insanly magically world." He responded thoughtfully to Nick's question "Maybe there'll be spells for us to learn, or perhaps, animals to tame. There might be potions to brew as well. Who knows. My parent's say that the possibilities are endless!"

This mini-speech he just created made Ozias think more about the possibilities of magical capabilities in the new world.

As the trolley witch came to their compartment, she asked all five of them if they wanted to buy anything. But Ozias declined the offer.

"I'd rather buy other things like souvenirs and trinkets in the towns and shops across the school once we actually get there." He explained.

Ozias started to think about his first occurence with magic, and he shuddered "If I'm honest, I almost died when I first experienced magic. I was swimming and I swam into a current and almost drown, but just in time, the current suddenly stopped and I was able to swim back home. What about you guys?" Ozias had no interest to speak anymore about this.

Ash Saying|Ash Thinking

While Ozias was telling them what house he thought he could be in, Ash was still trying hard to remember the houses' names. "Huffle...Ravenpuff...claw..."
It was harder than anything in the world she could imagine in her opinion, and even though her face didn't seem to show it, her mind was simply frustrated. She surely was stupid.
That was when Ozias replied to Ash's question. And what happened to him was incredible. It was incredible that he swam into the current and it stopped and he survived.
It wasn't weird like Ash's first instance of magic. For a moment, she wondered if she would have survived if the situation was the same with her, but hastily shook it off.

"Woah,"she said. The current stopped! That is cool." Ozias then asked them to share their experience.

"Well..."said Ash, glancing outside the window once again."What I experienced was quite weird. I fell off the stairs in the school I used to go to and all my front teeth were broken. The doctor had said that it'd take quite a few months to recover. But when I woke up the next morning, it was all up there.... So basically my teeth grew in one night. And it wasn't a dream, it's real."Ash added quickly.

Nick's Speaking | Nick's Thinking

Nick's was thinking about his dad. And about the life he left when he entered the train. "Well, it wasn't cool. I had no tasty food. I had to fight a lot. And I had to go to a nasty school. And I had no close friends except my dear daddy. And here I can get them all. And maybe if I will be a good boy - a well paid job in the future! That's amazing... But... Well, it's not normal life. From the beginning of the year I'll be a strange guy for everybody in the normal world. Even my dad can become less loving for me... That'd be sad...". Suddenly, Nick got something interesting in Ash's and Ozias's words. They were discussing something understandable for Nick (in the beginning he did understand nothing from their words about Claws, Huffles, Doors and Puffs).
"Well, my first instance of magic was something same with you, Ash. I was hit by car. It had high speed but I got no injuries. That's magic. So... Yeah... Basically I was shocked when I knew that I'm a wizard" Nick said.
He now realised that he had never seen real magic made by a wand "Hey do anyone from you know any spells? Can you make something magical, please. To be honest, I've never seen any magic made from a wand. I do have it but I have never tried it... So..." Nick looked at boy and girls sitting with him.

Ozias's eyes widen in awe at how the other two's magical encounters were; Nick's experience, similar to Ozias's, save his life, and Ash's saved her family a lot of money and time.

The second thing he noticed was how Ash was struggling on remembering the house names, so he decided to said the names again, but more slowly this time. "First of all, there is Gryffindor, whose colors are red and gold. Second, there is Hufflepuff, whose colors are yellow and black. Third, there's Ravenclaw with the colors blue and bronze And lastly, there is Slytherin with green and silver. Hope that clears things up for you guys!" With those words, Ozias tried not to act condencendingly toward anyone.

The boy thought about Nick's last question. Have I actually ever seen any wand magic? Maybe he had seen some once, but he couldn't seem to remember for the life of him.

"The only magic I've seen is from my mother's side. My father's side is completely muggle and Irish, while my mother's side is African." He paused for a few seconds, trying to choose his words carefully. He spoke again. "In Uagadou, which is the African wizarding school, apparently, they barely use wands; only when they absolutely have to. So, I haven't seen much magic using a wand. What about you guys? Have you seen any magic with a wand?"

Ash Saying|Ash Thinking

Ash's eyes opened wide and she gaped as Nick told her about how he found magic in him. She hoped it she was not cringing, for everything was surprising her, literally everything.
"Thanks to magic," said Ash, wondering how terrible it would have been only if Nich didn't possess magic.
Ozias might have found out that Ash was struggling with remembering the house names, and to her relief, he repeated them again, this time quite slowly and more clearly, so that Ash luckily was able to catch them.
"Thanks!" she said thankfully. "Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, Slytherin. I remember it now!"
"Uhm... Well, I don't know about any of the spells, Nick," Ash replied to Nick's question."Neither I can do anything magical... till now. And even I never have seen anything magical in my life except that weird teeth incident. And... I have never ever seen magic with a wand or done it." Ash replied to Ozias at the same time."But I wish I could. I can't wait to learn those things at Hogwarts!"
"So," thought Ash about Uagadou, the school mentioned by Ozias a while ago. "There are other magical schools too? I thought it was only Hogwarts. I would better travel all around to see different schools that exist."\

Ember: "Speech."

Ember nodded as Andrea spoke, adding the songs to the list of things she should do sometime. What were those called... bucket lists? Even if she really wasn't into music that much, that would be something to try. This then made her wonder if magic could be used to create music as well. It could do so many things, surely that was one of them?

"I understand that." Truthfully, Ember didn't feel like she had grown up in a life all that much different than a muggleborn. Her father was a Healer, sure, but he was gone so often it was hard to really learn much about magic from him. Though the only difference, if there was one, was that she already knew which occupation of the magical world she wished to pursue. Healer, of course! Her father wasn't her only influence in that regard. But the other... she didn't want to think about it.

She wanted to respond, but then, a flood of other students entered the empty compartment. Soon enough, the space became very crowded. Although they seemed nice enough, Ember preferred the company of a quieter space. "Sorry, excuse me-" she made her way out of the compartment, waving a silent goodbye and Andrea before going off to find another space. Her head was a bit muddled, and she wanted a place to relax rather than make conversation. There would be other opportunities in the future, she was sure.
