First Trip to the Leaky Cauldron Closed

Erm, one butterbeer and a small plate of cauldron cakes. Thank you. Sylvee took the order and sat herself down in one of the least crowded areas of the Great Hall within the Leaky Cauldron.

Sylvee had heard all about the Leaky Cauldron from her... well... aquaintences. They were crazy about it, so she decided to see what it was all about.

Sitting at a table by herself with some cauldron cakes and a butterbeer, she watched familiar faces enter and leave the area. She knew many of their names, and recognize nearly everyone who entered. Whether she'd ever talked to any of them was an entirely different question. They probably disn't even know she existed.

She got out a book and began reading while intermintetly snacking and sipping. It was peaceful. In a way it was fun, but the experience wasn't all that amazing.

Sure, it was a nice little place, and very warm a cozy too. Smells of pastries and pumpkin and coffee wafted through the air. But when you come on your own, it's rather lonesome. Especially watching all of the other groups of happy people laughing and you sit by yourself.

I think these thoughts rather often, she remarked to herself. It's really time for me to make some real friends.
