iknow sometimes u might feel stuck or set back from your goals and its a terrible feeling i know 
but! this kind of thing is necessary to help u move forward. its hard and it will always be, but i know u can do it! u can take as much time as u need, but u have to get it done! remember why u have to do it in the first place - if its to get into a school/course you want, to work on urself, to expand your interests and skills, its all valid
what you can do is get up early, make a list of what you want to get done, go to a place you find yourself most productive, put all distractions away, and start! the hardest part is always to start, but the moment you do, its easy to keep going. i believe in u and i hope this helped
