Try not to fall he says, oh that's definitely impossible considering who he is with, the Gryffindor with little to no flying skills. Well, guess that's what makes it fun I guess. "This pool thing better be enough to save me then." She had heard about people almost drowning in the lake after taking a swim or perhaps, just unlucky to slip and fall into the deepest part of water. What are the chances of them falling though? Extremely high, hand down.

With Elsian now sitting comfortably behind her, she gave the ground a kick to get themselves up in the air. This is actually the first time that someone is riding with her, and boy that made her flight feel rather… shaky. Luckily, she's still in control, otherwise, they'll be plummeting towards the water already without even trying to walk the tightrope. "Better make sure you look cool falling down then." She told the boy behind her.

Here's the tricky part, setting up the tightrope. It should be stretched out enough for not to give in to Elsian's weight the moment he stepped onto it and she did try her best to do so. It'd be a shame if Elsian falls immediately after he took his first step onto the rope. The sudden weight of the boy's foot testing out the tightrope almost caught Raizel off guard but she managed, for now. So far so good from what she could see as the older Gryffindor boy stood up and ready to play with Lady Luck on this walking the tightrope game.

Steady, focus, that's what's repeating on Raizel's mind as Elsian began his walk and then he paused to speak about how he's afraid to even move. "I can imagine." She responded. Indeed, even just by looking down from where she is on her broom is terrifying already. Imagine standing there with only a tightrope to walk on. Her thoughts was snapped out of her trance when Elsian mentioned something.

Running

Wait, what?!

The moment she turned her attention back to Elsi, he had already fallen off and swung his arm wildy in an attempt to get back up to the tightrope. Instinctively, the first thing that came into Raizel's mind was to help and reach only to be met by the pool noodle that Elsi was holding right on the head once again. That was the 2nd time she's been hit and with that, her whole balance just dropped and instead of saving Elsi, she had just found herself falling after him.

Cold crept up to her body as she hit the water, a bit panicked for there is one thing that she forgot to say, she can't swim. Lucky for her, the pool noodle that she was holding helped her get back up to the surface. How she maintained her hold on it, that she doesn't know. "Bloody hell. That was terrifying." Raizel said in between coughs as she held onto the pool noodle for her dear life. A big splash? Definitely.

"...I hear almost drowning builds character.” the sound of those last words coming from the fourth year boy remained in the young girl's mind for a while longer, like an echo trying to make her gain peace with that idea. Peace that never quite came! There was nothing of enjoyable about the idea of falling into the lake's freezing waters. Spring has come but the weather wasn't welcoming enough to make her wish for a dive.

Despite all that, Ying hold Elsian's camera like it was the most precious object in the world and got ready on top of her broom, flying behind the other two Gryffindors until she reach her right position hovering over the black wavy mirror of cold waters. She thought then, that the boy had put to much trust in her photography's skills, she barely knew how to fly holding her broom with both hands, asking her to maintain her Comet steady while taking good photos was a high level challenge for the young lion. "I'm more likely to fall before I'm able to take a photo in this!" She muttered with sarcasm eyeing the threatening cold surface beneath her. And the camera was...well of a monstrous size! Wizards have magic but their technology..."They have much to learn!" Ying thought looking at the camera, trying to understand how that would work exactly, using her phone would have been so much practical!

“Right Ying!” She heard the boy call for her making her snap her attention from the object in her hands to look at her teammate, "What?" She asked back. “you’ll get a very nice photo of me dragging Rai down won’t you?” The boy questioned her with apparent amusement about the prospect of the two of them falling off their brooms and stretched rope, but Ying couldn't understand if he was plainly joking or just telling the truth being funny. "Uh...Yeah! Sure! Of course I will!" She answered, but failed to be convincing enough, her tone of voice was more of disbelief then confidence, "With this!" She finished slightly raising the camera en her small hand. The gesture had not been abrupt, but it was enough so she felt the heavy camera almost escape her thin delicate fingers. That forced her to quickly hold it with both hands again and almost loose her balance on top of the broom. Luckily in the end the camera was safe and so was she. "Sorry!" She apologized with a funny and compromising smile.

Ying got ready. She made sure her body weigh was perfectly balanced with her broom so she wouldn't easily fall. She decided that the best position would be laying down, that way she could be using both hands to take those photos and be more stabilized in her broom, it was easy to maintain herself flying and not falling. Unfortunately, that was not what was about to happen with both her companions!

While the boy gave his acrobatic first steps on the rope, Ying caught her breath, somehow, she was expecting him to fall immediately. For her great surprise tho, he could actually be standing in there. Ying gave him and Rai a bright smile, almost one that could have been confused with a victorious one. Not forgetting about her mission, she rushed to take the first photo. Okay...maybe the moment had not been the perfect one, the boy almost lost his balance when he decided to look at Rai, the photo would be a little blurred? He would probably look like a chicken wagging its wings...uufff... what a difficult mission she had! Luckily the next photo would look way better!

“How did that even work?” He asked, "I have no idea!" Ying replied matching his laugh and taking another photo. She stopped breathing again for a moment when he almost fell again. Her heart was racing madly then, with both excitement and fear. Ying's eyes widened at him, when he smiled at her. She could see in his eyes he was thinking something crazy, she almost could hear his brain fiddling with an idea, “I’m gonna try running.” he stated.

"You gonna what?" she asked in a high-pitched voice, not believing what he was going to do and how did he thought it to be the best approach. She didn't had time between suppressing her surprise and disbelief and the moment Elsian put his plan into practice. Like prediction itself had written the next moments, as expected the boy met his obvious destiny! “Help me! Ying tell them to save me or die tryin-” those were his last words! Ying gasp left her mouth when she lost all the air on her chest feeling the horror while witnessing Elsian and her best friend falling into the lake's cold embrace. She can't swim! That was the thought that crossed her mind like a sharp reminder.

The young girl only started breathing normally again when she was sure non of them was drowning, both holding on their pool noodles like life saving objects. “Was the splash at least a big one?” Elsian asked through a curtain of soaked black hair. Bloody hell! She had completely forgotten the camera and her mission! "Yeah! I mean, it was!" She answered, "But I'm more worried for your lives at the moment!" She made them know. "Okay, wait!" She said while starting to fly to catch Rai's broom. The camera was in her bag now, so she was able to hold her friends broom with both her hands. "you both need to grab Rai's broom, so I can drag you off the lake okay?"

Carefully, Ying flew towards her two friends, she was almost touching the water with her toes when she extended the broom towards Elsian and Rai, "Here!" she said, hopefully they would both be able to grab it and she would be able to bring them to safety.

He cackled softly, shoving away the wet strands of hair clinging to his face as the water rippled around them from their little tumble into the lake. “And just think, you’ll be able to do it all over again.” The water splashed about them loudly as he swam closer to Rai, bobbing in the water with his arms thrown over his own pool noodle and his legs kicked to keep him afloat, “up in the air, wobbly rope under your feet…

A pause as Fang flew closer to them, the boy circling Rai like a shark with a playfully grin until he was behind her. “Until…boom!” He splashed the water towards the other laughing, sending a small wave of water into the air and splashing like giant raindrops all around them, “another splash into the lake!” Gliding through the water with his pool noodle he continued, pausing to simply float as Fang hovered just above the water right next to them. “Unless you can walk the whole tightrope of course.

Don’t worry Ying, I won’t let Raizel drown before you fish us out.” He paddled closer, one hand wrapping around the broom handle to grab onto while the other was held out for Rai to grab onto, pulling the younger girl through the water to the broom faster if she allowed, “thanks.” He grinned, moving to grab with both hands the moment Rai also had a hold of the broom. “Ying our dashing hero, here to fish us out of the lake.” He faked a swoon, sinking like a brick into the water the moment he did and resurfacing with a garbled shout.

Of course there was the question on whether or not the rope would even hold if the girl tried to physically pull the 2 of them out of the water, and that wasn’t even going with the idea that both of them could balance long enough on the broom to not fall back in…

Now if she was just gonna drag them through the water all the way back to shore? Well…dare he say it might even be fun!

Either way, he was sure it would work out.

It’s my turn to be on the broom, that was way too hard. Who wants to try and beat my record?” He asked, spluttering as he grabbed ahold of the broom again from where he’d let go, green eyes peered towards Fang. “Ying is looking awfully dry…maybe they should go first. Unless you're scared?” He teased, wiggling his fingers at the flying Gryffindor.

This pool noodle… is a life saver and she won't ever let go of it, until she's out of the cold water anyway. She would forget the times that it had hit her on the head, showing how grateful she is for it for saving her life. Ying was flying closer and Elsian was circling her like a shark, playing with his prey as he spoke.

Raizel listened silently to every word said, eyes trailing him and his slow movements in the water. "Do it again?" She wondered out loud. Oh no, they weren't done here just yet. Imagine going up there once more, with the stage, that is the tightrope tied on both brooms, waiting for you to perform on… and then there was a splash from behind her just as Elsi finished his narrative. "It'd be a miracle if someone manages to walk through the whole thing!" She responded, using one hand to splash some water to the older student before watching him grab onto the broom.

Her eyes were on his hand that's held out to help her, the younger one immediately accepting it. There was just something about this older student. Despite the shenanigans they all got themselves in, he is to be trusted. She let out a chuckle as the older student made a swooning movement and into the water and then resurfacing once more. "Our knight in shining armor on her trusty steed." Raizel added as she held onto the broom as tight as she could with the other hand around her savior, the pink pool noodle.

Who wants to try and beat my record?

The question had been asked and there is no way Raizel is doing that when she just fell into the water. No sir, not yet at least. Her heart was still racing after that fall and would need some time to calm down before she could even attempt walking on that tight rope. "You know, you're right…" Raizel agreed with Elsi. Ying does look awfully dry compared to them. Her gaze fell on her best friend, a mischievous smile present on her face. "So, what do you say Ying? Want to try it out?"
